Abstract :
With the rapid development of global information technology, data resources play an increasingly prominent role in society. Countries have issued 'smart city' strategic plans one after another, taking the sustainable construction of smart cities as an important means to enhance national competitiveness and seize the commanding heights of the new round of the information technology revolution. This paper selects southern Fujian for experiments to develop modern communication methods in some areas of China that have not undergone smart city upgrades. First, the animation immersion method under smart city technology is taken as the starting point. The folk culture of southern Fujian is integrated to analyze the importance of developing the smart city community under big data. Second, a combined system dynamics model and structural equation modeling are established. It is applied to intelligent, sustainable urban construction to explore the possibility of new development paths. The cities that apply the model proposed here for intelligent, sustainable construction have increased their output value in all aspects within five years. The maximum annual growth rate has reached 17.11%. Planners and designers base the smart city community environment on animation immersion technology. From the perspective of animation immersion planning, integrating the animation immersion technology of southern Fujian folk culture into the sustainable construction and development of the smart city community environment will help enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the region.

我国少数民族文化艺术丰富多彩,是我国灿烂文化的重要组成部分,其中藏族文化更是浓墨重彩的一笔。优秀的动画根植于孕育它的文化土壤,藏族动画的创作离不开其独特的民族文化背景。藏族动画角色带有浓厚的民族化色彩特征,动画角色与民族色彩的融合,不仅可以更好地塑造动画角色,让动画角色更具文化色彩,也使民族文化得到了传承与传播。本文从藏族动画角色色彩特征、色彩塑造以及民族性内涵三个角度出发,探究色彩对藏族动画角色的塑造作用。

新世纪以来,中国动画电影越来越多地呈现出民俗性的内容,而这种民俗呈现又具备较为明显的“生活流”叙事及“生活化”特征,以兼顾现实主义与浪漫主义的形式,连接了生活的真实与艺术的真实,表现出具有中国民俗美学的动画电影新面貌。文章结合民俗学中的“生活相”,从西方、日本动画作品的“生活流”表达方式谈起,再到“生活流”于国产动画作品中的叙事架构、美学表现,进而延展到“生活化”特征的新世纪中国动画电影民俗呈现。探讨作为中国人日常生活范式的民俗生活融于中国动画电影的传承与创新态势,探寻新时代中国动画电影讲好中国故事的不同方式。

民俗文化是国产动画电影的重要素材,民俗角色作为国产动画电影鉴赏的基本层面,承载着推动故事发展、引发情感共鸣、展现主题的重要作用。近年来,以中国民俗文化为题材的国产动画电影佳作频出,但其民俗角色的呈现却在国内颇受争议,因此,国产动画电影的民俗角色形象既要在视觉上满足观众美好的审美期待,又要在心理上达到兼具陌生感的接受效果。本文着眼于讨论国产动画电影民俗角色审美接受的过程,即观众对民俗角色造型的期待视野、对民俗角色表演的动态感知以及对民俗角色意蕴的理解共鸣,进而探讨国产动画电影民俗角色审美接受的一般规律,为国产动画电影民俗角色的塑造提供视角和启示。

Abstract :
To resolve the problems of deep convolutional neural network models with many parameters and high memory resource consumption, a lightweight network-based algorithm for building detection of Minnan folk light synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images is proposed. Firstly, based on the rotating target detection algorithm R-centernet, the Ghost ResNet network is constructed to reduce the number of model parameters by replacing the traditional convolution in the backbone network with Ghost convolution. Secondly, a channel attention module integrating width and height information is proposed to enhance the network's ability to accurately locate salient regions in folk light images. Content-aware reassembly of features (CARAFE) up-sampling is used to replace the deconvolution module in the network to fully incorporate feature map information during up-sampling to improve target detection. Finally, the constructed dataset of rotated and annotated light and shadow SAR images is trained and tested using the improved R-centernet algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm improves the accuracy by 3.8%, the recall by 1.2% and the detection speed by 12 frames/second compared with the original R-centernet algorithm.

First, GELU, which performs well in deep learning tasks, is selected as the activation function to avoid neuron deactivation. Second, the improved residual bottleneck structure is used in the encoding network to extract more building features. Then, skip connections are used to fuse images The low-level and high-level semantic features are used to assist image reconstruction. Finally, an improved edge correction module is connected at the end of the decoding network to further correct the edge details of the building and improve the edge integrity of the building. Experiments are carried out on the Massachusetts building dataset, and the precision rate, recall rate, and F1 value reach 93.5%, 79.3%, and 81.9%, respectively, and the comprehensive evaluation index F1 value is improved by about 5% compared with the basic network.

A semantic ontology-driven hierarchical consistency segmentation algorithm was proposed to solve the segmentation inconsistency of animation character models because of the changing of poses. The mapping between semantic labels and local geometric features was extracted to form a segmentation ontology. In the process of segmentation, support vector machine (SVM) and local geometric features were used to identify the semantic labels, and segmentation was carried out according to the semantic label driving hierarchy to ensure the consistency of the segmentation levels of animation character models. Poisson equation was used to define contour lines for the equal perimeters of segmentation boundary because of the changing of poses. This optimization method made the segmentation boundary smooth and consistent under the changing of poses. In the experiment part, all kinds of animation character models under different poses were verified and analyzed, and the consistent hierarchical segmentation effect was obtained. Compared with the existing methods, the proposed segmentation ontology can solve the problem of adaptive selection of optimization parameters of different classes of models, and improve the segmentation quality. With the continuous development of deep learning, the use of image segmentation for animation, and human pose recognition will become more and more important.
