结合改进的DCGAN和Attention-LSTM的光伏功率预测 PKU

Abstract :

针对新建光伏发电站在光伏功率预测过程中因缺少训练数据导致预测精度较低和光伏发电功率的不稳定等问题,提出一种结合改进的深度卷积生成对抗网络(DCGAN)、注意力机制(Attention)和LSTM网络组合的光伏功率预测方法.首先,将DCGAN中生成器的特征提取网络由二维卷积改为一维卷积,对光伏数据进行扩充.其次,将Attention模块加入LSTM模块中,生成新的输入特征.最后,对新生成的LSTM模型进行功率预测,并采用澳大利亚沙漠知识太阳能中心(DKASC)Alice Springs电站的数据进行验证.实验结果表明,结合深层卷积生成的对抗网络与Attention-LSTM混合预测方法能有效提升预测精度.

Abstract :

空时块码(STBC)和宽带置换索引差分混沌移位键控(PI-DCSK)调制都是可以减轻多径衰落影响的技术,通过将STBC应用在混沌通信中,提出了一种新的多元置换索引差分混沌移位键控STBC-PI-DCSK方案,结合了STBC和置换索引混沌调制PI-DCSK的优点。由于不同混沌信号之间的相关性非常低,该方案可以显著抑制发射天线间的干扰,以恢复所需的信息并实现完整的分集增益。仿真结果表明,在误码率BER为10~(-4)时,STBC-PI-DCSK方案比单输入单输出(SISO)-PI-DCSK误码率性能优异约5 dB。更重要的是,该方案保持了与SISO-PI-DCSK方案相似的收发器成本。因此,该方案...

Abstract :

In this paper, we propose a reference-modulated permutation index differential chaos shift keying (RM-PI-DCSK) over multipath fading channels. Due to quasi-orthogonal property between different permutated chaotic signals, the proposed scheme can remarkably suppress the inter-sequence interference to recover the desired information. Moreover, the proposed RM-PI-DCSK has one more modulation bit in the reference segment than the conventional permutation index differential chaos shift keying (PI-DCSK). Both the reference signal in the first time-slot and a permuted replica of the reference in the second time-slot are modulated for efficient transmission. The theoretical bit-error-rate (BER) performance and the highly consistent simulation results demonstrate that the proposed RM-PI-DCSK can achieve a performance gain 3 dB over the conventional PI-DCSK at a BER of 10(-4), and this gain becomes larger in a high-delay-spread channel. In particular, the performance superiority of the RM-PI-DCSK is further demonstrated in a typical ultra-wideband (UWB) channel with narrow-band interference. Therefore, this proposed scheme can he deemed as an efficient transmission alternative for chaotic-based wireless communications, such as in wireless local area network (WLAN) applications and indoor applications of the transmitted-reference UWB.

Abstract :

In recent years, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been widely used in autonomous cruise missions such as high-altitude aerial photography, power inspection, and geographic mapping with the advantages of flexible maneuvering and high stability. In order to ensure that UAVs can choose the most efficient and reliable flight route in complex environments, this paper designs a genetic algorithm-based path planning for UAVs in autonomous cruise operations. The main contents include: 1. Risk assessment of the route using the return value of the fitness function as the safety factor, and solving the optimal path between two points using an improved genetic algorithm; 2. The selection of strategies for multiple landing points under different conditions is proposed to form the optimal path for U AV cruising within range. Through the path planning verification experiments in Matlab, the results show that the improved genetic algorithm has a shorter total path distance compared with the traditional genetic algorithm, and the results have good feasibility and effectiveness. © 2021 IEEE.

基于毫米波管的北斗三号RDSS低噪声放大器设计

现有北斗信号接收机在S频段上低噪放方案,满足增益条件下噪声系数在1.5 dB~1.7 dB,噪声性能仍可进一步优化.方案基于NPN宽带硅锗射频晶体管工艺,设计了一款基于高带宽毫米波管芯的低噪声放大器.放大器采用两级共轭匹配实现电路噪声与增益的最佳平衡;并利用LDO电路线性稳压输出实现电源噪声最小化.经过ADS软件仿真、Altium designer制板及Agilent噪声分析仪的实测表明,其单级放大器噪声系数最低可达0.4 dB,在2.492 GHz频点下,方案最大增益为32 dB,对应的噪声系数为1.23 dB.该低噪放方案应用于北斗用户接收机前端,可有效提高系统噪声性能,提升信号接收效率.

The traditional smoke sensing systems have some disadvantages, including high implementation costs, difficulties in perceiving working states, low data accuracy and troubles in uniform and effective management. To address these problems, a new type of smart wireless fire monitoring system based on NB-IoT technology is innovatively designed, which realizes real-time remote monitoring and management. Compared with traditional smoke alarm systems, this system has such advantages as ultra-low power dissipation, lithium-ion battery power, no wiring, remote monitoring, low battery alarm and so forth. With great application prospect, it is worth to develop and rolled out. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Abstract :

In recent years, researchers around the world have been researching and improving the technique of 1D calibration of cameras. The previous work has been primarily focused on reducing the motion constraints of one-dimensional calibration objects, however the accuracy of the existing methods still needs to be improved when random noise is introduces. In order to improve the accuracy of the one-dimensional calibration of the camera, in this paper, we propose a new calibration method by combining a weighted similar invariant linear algorithm and an improved nonlinear optimization algorithm. Specifically, we use the weighted similar invariant linear algorithm to obtain the camera parameters as the initial calibration parameters, and then optimize the parameters by using improved nonlinear algorithm. Finally, in the case of introducing random noise, the results of computer simulations and laboratory experiments show that when the noise level reaches 2 pixels, the parameter error of this method is mostly reduced to 0.2% compared with other methods, which verifies the feasibility of our proposed method.

Abstract :

A framework for converting speech into semantic navigation operational path In order to make indoor service robots understand human language better and navigate more accurately in indoor environment, a new framework is proposed to transform speech input into robot operation path. Firstly, the combination of n-gram and Chinese pinyin is used to detect and correct the Chinese characters converted into speech input to ensure the accuracy of the robot to execute the command. Next, we built a vocabulary about the interior to improve the effect of word segmenta-tion. On the result of Chinese word segmentation, the noun is extracted and matched with the information node on the semantic map. Finally, according to the order of natural language description, each node is connected by the verbs from the sentence, which forms the sequence of operations to be performed by the robot, which provides the basis for the subsequent path planning on the semantic map. The framework enhances the robot''s ability to understand user intent and is of great significance for human-robot interactive semantic navigation research.

高速高精度电流检测电路的设计

传统的电流检测电路中,单一的负反馈回路结构因带宽受限,无法满足用于微处理器的电源管理芯片对速度和精度的要求,需进行改进.在传统电流检测的基础上多引入一条负反馈回路,得到一种带动态偏置并联负反馈电路的新型电流检测电路.用Cadence EDA工具Spectre进行仿真,结果表明:在宽负载电流变化下,新型电路的单位增益带宽和增益相比传统型有较明显的提高,相位裕度在整个负载变化内都在65℃以上,检测电压的上冲现象得到有效抑制,且峰值比较靠近理想电压,具有较高的检测精度.因此,新型峰值电流检测电路的检测速度和精度与传统型相比,均有所改善,满足系统宽负载的设计要求.
