Abstract :
The behavior of square GFRP tube beams filled with seawater and sea sand concrete under the four-point test was studied with 48 specimens. The main test parameters of this study included cross section size, GFRP tube thickness, and sea sand replacement ratio. The failure process of the specimen during the four-point test was studied. The reslut indicated that the effect of GFRP tube strengthening core concrete on the failure process was significant. There was no apparent elastoplastic stage before the specimen failed, thus the failure mode was brittle under test, which could be found from the load-displacement curve. In addition, the effects of these test parameters on the ultimate capacity, flexural rigidity, and ductility were analyzed in this study. The test results indicated that the effects of GFRP tube thickness on the ultimate capacity and flexural rigidity were significant. The replacement of normal concrete with sea sand concrete had no obvious negative effect on the mechanical properties of the GFRP tube beams filled with concrete. Furthermore, the calculated formula of the ultimate capacity of the GFRP tube beams filled with seawater and sea sand concrete was proposed in this study. The calculated results were compared with the test results, which indicated that the calculated formula was greatly agreed with the test.

Abstract :
This paper presents a study on shear resistance of high-strength steel bolted connections with reduced tightening. The double shear test was conducted with 108 specimens of high-strength steel bolted connections, including 96 steel bolted connections with different torque reduction percentages and 12 steel bolted connections under standard torque as a control group. The main variables of the test include the percentage reduction of tightening torque, steel bolt type, high-strength steel bolt grade and steel plate surface treatment. The effects of four parameters on the failure mode, strain distribution, slip resistance, shear capacity, initial stiffness and ductility of high-strength steel bolted connections under loading are studied. The test results indicate that the slip resistance and the shear capacity of the specimens are decreased with decreasing of tight -ening torque degraded rapidly. In the bolt loading stage, the stiffness of the steel bolted con-nections is decreased with the reduction of tightening torque, and decreasing rate of the stiffness is increased with the decrease of tightening torque. Nevertheless, the ductility of the steel bolted connections is increased with the reduction of the tightening torque. Among these effects of the four variables, the degree of reduction of the tightening torque has the greatest effect on the shear capacity of the specimen. The strength grade of high-strength steel bolts and the surface treatment method have the second effect on the shear capacity. In addition, the calculated formula of ul-timate capacity was provided in this study. The calculated results were in good agreement with the test result. Furthermore, the finite element model was provided to simulate and analyze the shear behavior of high-strength steel bolted connection with reduced tightening.

Abstract :
This paper presented 180 specimens to investigate mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced Nanoconcrete (SFRNC) after elevated temperature through the method of compression test, splitting tension test and flexure test. The test parameters effects of different elevated temperature and different content of steel fiber on mechanical properties including compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of SFRNC were analyzed in this paper. The integrity of Nano-concrete after elevated temperature could be improved because of the mixing of steel fiber, which could be observed from the failure process of SFRNC. Furthermore, mixing of steel fiber can change failure mode of Nano-concrete and improve the ductility of concrete greatly. It could be summarized that the elevated temperature had negative effects on compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of SFRNC. And it also could be found that Nanoconcrete mixed with steel fiber can improve residual compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of these specimens after high temperature.

Abstract :
In order to analyse the mechanical behaviour of a reticulated shell structure under explosive load, a novel method was proposed to calculate the dynamic displacement response of the cylindrical reticulated shell structure by using the influence surface in this article. First, the theory of the dynamic influence line was developed and the consistency between the dynamic influence lines and the static ones was verified. Then, based on the theory of the dynamic influence line and for the simplified calculation of dynamic responses, the dynamic influence lines of a simply supported beam were simplified as the static ones multiplied by the dynamic amplification factor beta. And then the explosion dynamic responses of the beam could be fast calculated using the influence lines. The extended application of the above method to single-layer cylindrical reticulated shell was the influence surface method. The results of numerical examples showed that the nodal displacements of the structure obtained by using the influence surface method agreed well with those obtained by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The research results also indicated that the influence surface method was applicable to the node displacement calculation of the structure under three different conditions, including the centre node of the symmetrical structure, the arbitrary nodes (excluding those near the supports) of symmetrical structure under symmetrical loads and the arbitrary nodes of arbitrary structures in which the load holding time is much longer than the natural vibration period of structure. The proposed approach could reduce the computation cost for analysing the explosion dynamic response of the reticulated shell structure, thereby providing a more effective method for the anti-explosion design of reticulated shell structures.

福州市二环路金鸡山隧道原位扩建工程,采用钻爆法施工,通过爆破振动现场测试,重点分析赋存既有临空面的条件下,爆破振速的最大值及其主频的衰减规律.按萨道夫公式基本形式求出最大爆破振速传播与衰减的拟合式,得到Ⅳ级围岩K值明显小于相关规程建议的取值范围,说明既有临空面的存在能显著减小爆破振动效应.对爆破振速时程曲线进行傅立叶分析,认为爆破振动波在周边岩体的传播过程中,其高频成分衰减相当显著.基于此,建议在原位扩挖隧道的爆破施工中,适当减小掏槽眼的装药量,适当增大扩槽眼和辅助眼的装药量,以利用赋存既有临空面的有利条件,提高洞内破岩效率,减小洞外振动效应.

以福建漳州—永安高速公路某含断层的锚框支护边坡工程为依托,运用FLAC3D建立数值模型,采用强度折减法分别对该边坡的静力和动力稳定性进行了详细分析.在烈度为7度的地震波激励下,坡内和坡面各测点处加速度峰值放大系数均呈现出明显的高程效应,且坡顶处具有明显的鞭梢效应;锚索轴力也较静力时明显增大,且在潜在滑移面处达到最大;通过动强度折减法和失稳判据综合判断,其动安全系数为1.68.

本文介绍福州大学光催化中心大楼(前身为福州大学电教楼)在增层扩建改造中,根据建筑专业对原建筑进行大刀阔斧的改造,结构专业针对现场情况采用多种加固补强手段,消除了原建筑结构存在的一些弊病,满足加层改造的要求.经扩建加层施工后,建筑物未发现任何异常现象,取得了明显的社会经济效益,得到校方的一致肯定.

圆柱壳屈曲一般对壳壁上微小几何缺陷的型式和幅值均十分敏感.为了能将缺陷的不同分量和圆柱壳的结构特征联系起来以及研究缺陷各分量对壳屈曲强度的影响,缺陷通常采用傅立叶级数分解.然而,大多数先前的研究选取不适当的傅立叶级数得到不正确的结果.本文首先考察傅立叶级数的数学描述基础,进而讨论不同傅立叶级数在描述不同型式几何缺陷的表现,从而得出如何选取适当的傅立叶级数用来描述圆柱壳几何缺陷的结论.采用这些适当的傅立叶级数,能更好地了解圆柱壳几何缺陷的特征分量以及这些分量对壳体屈曲强度的影响.

The design of metal silo structures is dominated by the need to resist shell buckling failures in service. Shell buckling can occur in many different modes, and the strengths are very sensitive to the form and amplitude of very minor deviations of geometry (geometric imperfections) from the ideal shape. Many imperfection forms have been studied in the theoretical literature on shell buckling, but only one study appears to have ever extensively and rigorously measured the imperfections in real full-scale metal silos: this is the study of the 10,000 tonne Port Kembla grain silos in NSW, Australia. The data from this study of three seemingly identical silos are very extensive and cannot be assimilated without considerable processing. In this paper, the first attempt is made to provide a full characterisation of the imperfection set in a manner that permits them to be used in shell buckling analyses of the silo shell that do not rely on simplifying assumptions.
