外加剂对粉煤灰水泥胶砂强度影响的研究及工艺条件确定 CSCD PKU

Abstract :

采用正交实验法探讨掺入外加剂后各因素对粉煤灰水泥胶砂强度的影响,确定水泥胶砂强度性能最佳的工艺条件并分析其微观结构.结果表明:对粉煤灰水泥胶砂试样3d抗压强度的影响从大到小的次序为激发剂品种、粉磨时间、助磨剂品种、激发剂掺量、助磨剂掺量;对粉煤灰水泥胶砂试样28 d抗压强度的影响从大到小的次序为激发剂品种、粉磨时间、助磨剂品种、助磨剂掺量、激发剂掺量.正交实验法确定的粉煤灰水泥胶砂试样的最佳工艺条件为:激发剂选用NaCl、其掺量为1%,助磨剂选用乙二醇、其掺量为0.06%、粉磨时间为15 min.

Abstract :

探讨三乙醇胺与硫酸钠复合对粉煤灰-水泥体系的抗压强度、凝结时间等性能与结构的影响.结果表明:将适量的硫酸钠与三乙醇胺复合掺入可以不同程度地提高粉煤灰-水泥早期与后期的抗压强度、缩短凝结时间,其水化产物中C -S-H凝胶与钙矾石晶体含量较多;粉煤灰-水泥早期与后期的抗压强度随着粉磨时间的增加均有所增加但增幅下降,其凝结时间随着粉磨时间的增加有所缩短;复合掺人后早期与后期的抗压强度均高于单掺,而其凝结时间短于单掺;当复合掺人量为三乙醇胺0.03%、硫酸钠2%、粉磨时间为15min时,粉煤灰-水泥早期与后期的抗压强度均为最高.

Abstract :

探讨NaCl与乙二醇复合对粉煤灰不同时期火山灰活性的影响.结果表明:将一定掺量的Nacl与乙二醇复合掺入,可以不同程度地提高粉煤灰早期、中期与后期的火山灰活性.其中早期的激发作用效果最大,后期的激发作用效果最小.且随着粉磨时间的延长.各水泥试样的3 d、7 d及28 d抗压强度比值均有明显的提高,但其增幅下降.无论是否粉磨及粉磨时间长短,将一定掺量的NaCl与乙二醇复合对粉煤灰不同时期火山灰活性的激发作用效果均优于单掺Nacl或乙二醇;当NaCl掺量为1.00%.乙二醇掺量为0.06%进行复掺时,其对粉煤灰不同时期火山灰活性的激发作用效果最大.

Abstract :

We report the synthesis and characterization of multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWCNT)organically modified silicate (ORMOSIL) nanohybrid gel glass, in which the incorporated MWCNTs are covalently bonded to the silica network. The structural properties of the 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane functionalized MWCNTs and MWCNT-ORMOSIL nanohybrid gel glass are comprehensively characterized using spectroscopic and electron microscopy techniques. We find that the agglomeration of incorporated MWCNTs is effectively restrained and that the MWCNTs are dispersed homogeneously and individually in the gel glass matrix. Compared with the mother MWCNT suspension, the resultant nanohybrid gel glasses demonstrate sustained nonlinear optical properties at both 532 and 1064 nm laser wavelengths. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. Abstract :

Nanostructured Ag in shapes of nanoplate, nanowire, and nanoparticle, as well as their silica gel glass composites have been prepared and characterized. Nonlinear optical (NLO) properties were measured at 532 and 1064 nm using open aperture z-scan technique and studied from the view of shape effect. NLO behaviors of the nanostructured Ag are found to be shape dependent in suspensions at both the investigated wavelengths, although they originate differently. Comparing to the mother suspensions, the Ag/silica gel glass nanocomposites present rather dissimilar NLO behaviors, which is quite interesting for further studies. 采用Sol-gel法将两种具有较高荧光量子产率的四磺化酞菁锌(ZnTSPc)、酞菁氯镓(GaPcCl)分别植入二氧化硅凝胶基质,制备均匀掺杂的复合凝胶玻璃,并对其荧光效应和光限幅性能进行测试.从荧光发射的角度佐证了无机基金属酞菁复合材料的光限幅效应是基于酞菁分子的反饱和吸收机理.

选择、设计具有代表性无取代酞菁镍(NiPc)和周环带有4个磺酸基的四磺化酞菁镍(NiTSPc),采用溶胶-凝胶湿化学将其均匀掺入SiO2凝胶基质,制备无机基质酞菁掺杂复合光功能材料并考察磺酸基的引入对掺杂酞菁在溶胶-凝胶复合体系中UV/Vis吸收光谱的影响.研究结果表明水溶性磺酸基的引入有助于改善酞菁的溶解性,进而实现其与溶胶-凝胶体系的稳定互溶,使酞菁均匀掺杂复合材料的制备成为可能.

Abstract :

Waste aluminum sludge, talc powder and clay were used to synthesize cordierite in this research. The impurities, such as Fe2O3, CaO, K2O and Na2O, in the raw materials have some influence on the structures and properties of the materials. In this paper, we mainly discuss the impact of impurity Na2O on the structure of cordierite, based on which the permitted amount of Na2O was determined. The results show that Na2O with the amount less than 0.6% has little influence on the cordierite formation; while when its amount increasing from 0.6% to 0.7%, the content of cordierite decreases from 86% to 84% and the permitted amount for Na2O in the raw materials is less than 6% with the best amount less than 0.3%. X'pert plus software analysis results show the impurity Na2O has no influence on the cordierite space group and only the lattice parameters vary slightly; but it has much influence on the structure of Mg-Al spinel and the lattice parameters are much changed.

Abstract :

Nickle phthalocyanine(NiPc) and Nickle tetrasulfo-phthalocyanine (NiTSPc) were introduced respectively into silica gel matrix by sol-gel technique. Composites were produced and their UV/Vis spectra were measured. The results show that the introduction of soluble tetrasulfo-substituents can greatly increase the solubility of phthalocyanine molecule, which is helpful for the steady co-existence of phthalocyanine in sol-gel hybrid and therefore beneficial to the production of homogeneous composite.
