Abstract :
This paper studies a dual objective control problem for an energy storage system (ESS) consisting of multiple independently-controlled energy storage units (ESUs). The power output of the entire ESS is designed to meet its reference, and meanwhile the state-of-energy (SOE) of all the ESUs maintains to be balanced. In practice, the communication among ESUs might be unreliable and thus is modeled by jointly connected switching networks. By making use of the so-called Generalized Krasovskii-LaSalle Theorem together with a novel two-step recursive analysis method, it is rigorously proven that the dual objective control problem subject to jointly connected switching networks can be solved by a consensus-based distributed control algorithm. Abstract :
This article solves the dual objective control problem for an energy storage system by distributed aperiodic sampled-data controller under both connected static network and jointly-connected switching network. The proposed sample-and-hold controller is composed of the leaderless consensus algorithm, which aims at state-of-energy balancing, and the leader-following distributed observer, which aims at reference power tracking. By resorting to the generalized Krasovskii-LaSalle theorem, it is proven that the closed-loop system is uniformly exponentially stable using the so-called limiting solution. There are two distinguished features of the proposed control scheme. First, the designs of the leaderless consensus algorithm and the leader-following distributed observer can be accomplished independently. Second, the effectiveness of the control law can be guaranteed by properly tuning the feedback gains even for some extreme cases of drastic changes on sensing and sampling. Comprehensive simulation results are shown to examine the performance of the proposed control implement.

Abstract :
The solvability of certainty equivalence control problems for discrete-time multiagent systems over uniformly jointly connected switching networks relies on the stability/attractivity analysis for a class of perturbed switched systems with respect to a set of switching signals. To tackle this issue, in this article, a novel systematic and unified framework is established consisting of three key stability/attractivity results. First, the uniform global exponential stability for two dual cases of the nominal dynamics is analyzed in a unified way by checking the weak zero-state detectability from the limiting systems. Second, the uniform global exponential attractivity of the perturbed switched systems accommodating both first-order and zero-order time-varying perturbations is studied without resorting to any Lyapunov function for the entire perturbed switched systems. Third, the uniform global kappa-exponential stability for a class of cascaded switched systems is investigated. These stability/attractivity results together lay the foundation to thoroughly solve two kinds of typical certainty equivalence control problems, and also improve two specific cooperative control designs. Moreover, a relaxed dwell-time condition is considered, which makes the obtained results tolerable in the extreme case of instantaneous link failure and restoration. Finally, the control performances are shown by numerical simulations.

针对最小相位高超音速飞行器非线性系统的调节器方程无法求出解析解的情况,提出利用三层神经网络来近似输出反馈控制器中的前馈函数的方法,得到基于神经网络的输出反馈控制器可以解决高超音速飞行器系统的跟踪控制问题的结论.

In [Chen et al., 2020], the third author and other coauthors studied global dynamics of the following system: {(x)overdot = y - [b(1)x - b(2)/2 (vertical bar x + 1 vertical bar - vertical bar x - 1 vertical bar)], (y)overdot = - [b(3)x + b(2)/2 (vertical bar x + 1 vertical bar - vertical bar x - 1 vertical bar) - b(4]), in the parameter region {( b(1), b(2), b(3), b(4)) is an element of R-4 : b(2) < 0, b(4) not equal 0}. To study completely the piecewise linear system, we consider the parameter region {( b(1), b(2), b(3), b(4)) is an element of R-4 : b(2) > 0, b(4) not equal 0} in this paper. Firstly, we study the local dynamics, such as the bifurcations of equilibria (including the equilibrium at infinity). Secondly, the number and stability of limit cycles are studied completely. Then, we analyze the existence of upper and lower saddle connections and homoclinic loops. Moreover, we show that there are no heteroclinic loops in this parameter region. Finally, we give the bifurcation diagram and all global phase portraits on the Poincare disc are given as well as some numerical examples.

Chen [2016a, 2016b] studied global dynamics of the Filippov systems <(x)double over dot> + (alpha + beta x(2))(x)over dot + x +/- sgn(x) = 0, respectively. To study the global dynamics of <(x)double over dot>+(alpha+beta x(2))(x)over dot +/- x +/- sgn(x) = 0 completely, since the dynamics of <(x)double over dot>+(alpha+beta x(2))(x)over dot-x-sgn(x) = 0 is very simple, we are only interested in the global dynamics of <(x)double over dot>+(alpha+beta x(2))(x)over dot - x + sgn(x) = 0 in this paper. Firstly, we use Briot-Bouquet transformations and normal sector methods to discuss these degenerate equilibria at infinity. Secondly, we discuss the number of limit cycles completely. Then, the sufficient and necessary conditions of existence of the heteroclinic loop are found. To estimate the upper bound of the heteroclinic loop bifurcation function on parameter space, a result on the amplitude of a unique limit cycle of a discontinuous Lienard system is given. Finally, the complete bifurcation diagram and all global phase portraits are presented. The global dynamic property of system <(x)double over dot>+(alpha+beta x(2))(x) over dot-x+sgn(x) = 0 is totally different from systems <(x)double over dot>+(alpha+beta x(2))(x)+x +/- sgn(x) = 0.

文章采用VAR建模方法,将国债指数收益率与5个经济变量作为一个动态系统,通过脉冲响应函数与方差分解技术考察银行间国债财富指数波动过程中来自经济变量的冲击,分析了经济变量对国债指数收益率的影响程度以及相对重要性.结果表明经济变量因素对我国银行间国债市场的影响较为明显,市场上对于通货膨胀风险的补偿要求较高,与股票市场"跷跷板"效应明显,投机风险较大;从各变量影响国债市场波动的相对重要性来看,股票收益率变量排在第一位.
