Abstract :
为克服现有Winkler地基上边坡锚固框架设计计算的有限差分法需假设框架在锚杆处截断的问题,通过建立受集中荷载作用的Winkler地基梁的挠曲微分方程,提出无需做截断处理的简明有限差分法。基于提出的差分方法,改进锚杆拉力在框架纵横梁上的分配与调整方法,并采用Matlab开发功能完善的程序。结果表明:有限差分数值解具有较高的计算精度,框架外伸段直接计算结果会出现负的土抗力,致使计算结果偏于不安全,可通过调整该段边界条件的方法予以消除,使最终计算结果更加可靠。本研究开发的差分程序对锚固框架整体设计提供了一种高效的计算方法。

Abstract :
The Vlasov foundation model and its variations belong to two-parameter elastic foundation beam models that can rationally reflect the displacement decrease law with increasing depth within the compressible elasticity layer. They are, however, only applicable for foundation beams resting on a single bearing stratum or horizontally layered soils. To meet the need to calculate slope anchor frames resting on nonsingle bearing strata or nonhorizontally layered soils that may often be encountered in practical engineering, a refined Vlasov model was presented in this paper. In this model, a general expression of the weighted thickness of the elasticity layer was established, and the corresponding expressions of the two parameters of soil resistance, as well as coefficient γ, were deduced. Meanwhile, it was found that by dividing the relative stiffness of beam-soil into two variables expressed with a logarithm, the calibration factor χP can be formulated by fitting its relationship with the two variables so that the problem of determining the thickness of the elasticity layer of the Vlasov model can be resolved. Based on the aforementioned, the finite-difference method was established considering the conditions of static equilibrium and compatible deformation of slope anchor frames. A corresponding computer program that can perform all operations was developed using Matlab (version 2019a). The three-dimensional finite-element method can truthfully simulate the slope anchor frame resting on nonsingle strata and obtain a high-precision numerical solution to this elastic mechanics problem. The example shows that the results by the finite-difference method based on the refined Vlasov model agreed well with those by the finite-element method, demonstrating the reliability of the finite-difference method. Furthermore, comparisons show that if a slope anchor frame resting on nonsingle bearing strata is simplified as a frame resting on a single bearing stratum like people used to do, it will lead to an overconservative or unsafe design result. The significance of this study lies in providing a valid and reliable approach for calculating the displacement and internal forces of slope anchor frames resting on nonsingle bearing strata. © 2024 American Society of Civil Engineers.

在强降雨等因素影响下,新近失稳土质边坡易再次发生滑动,并对现场救援人员的安全构成威胁。如何对该类边坡的稳定性进行快速、准确地评价,亟须解决。由于古滑坡的滑动面处土体的抗剪强度随着时间的推移有所提高,故无法直接套用古滑坡复活的评价方法。常用的极限平衡条分法或有限元等数值分析法又需要事先进行现场勘察,耗时较长影响救援进度。因云模型评价方法对评价因子的精度要求较低,可弥补上述方法的不足之处。但目前对云模型评价因子权重的研究,仍存在一些不足之处,故提出采用反分析法来计算各评价因子的权重。选取坡高等9个易于获取且是决定边坡稳定性的主要因素为评价因子,参照《地质灾害调查技术要求》和前人的研究成果对各评价因子的稳定分级区间进行划分,利用MATLAB程序语言平台生成相应的综合云模型。根据滑坡前各评价因子的数值反分析其权重的云模型特征参数,建立可方便快捷地对新近失稳边坡进行稳定性评价的云模型,使用Python 语言和Qt Designer工具进行应用程序的开发。使用该应用程序对福建省永春县冷水村一新近失稳边坡2016年11月3—8日的稳定性进行评价,得到的结果与现场情况基本吻合,初步验证了该方法准确性。该程序的运行过程耗时较短,也验证了该方法的快速性。

Abstract :
At present, slope anchor frames are often regarded as, a plane bending member to merely sustain the component of the tensile force of the anchors perpendicular to the axises of the frame at the intersections, same as the cross foundation beam on a flat ground. Their internal forces are calculated using the Winkler elastic foundation beam method. They are actually a combined deformation member, sustaining bending combined with tension or compression deformation or skew bending when the influence of skin friction from the soil at the bottom of the frames and axial loads are ignored. As a result, there exists a deviation between the calculated results and the real values. For this purpose, taking a cutting slope of loess as an example, a finite element method for computing the internal forces of slope anchor frames was originally established. The action of anchors is simplified as an equivalent force and the influence of the skin friction and axial loads is considered. Meanwhile, the corresponding parameters in the link finite element model based on the Winkler method were converted using the deformation modulus of the loess. The current method was used to analyze the existing problems of the Winkler method as well as the result differences from those by the simplified finite element model of the slope anchor model, the solid finite element and link finite element models for a frame on the flat ground were, respectively, established. The results show that for the models on the flat ground, the bending moment diagrams of the vertical ribs by the Winkler method were quite similar to those by the solid finite element method, but the maximum moment of the former was greater than that of the latter. The bending moment of the horizontal beams were significantly different. It is also shown that there will be a significant deviation from the actual internal forces when the frame with combined deformation on a slope is regarded as a frame with plane bending on a flat ground. © 2023 Editorial Office of China Civil Engineering Journal. 目前,边坡锚固框架常被等同于平地上的十字交叉地基梁,视为仅受交叉结点处锚杆拉力在框架轴线的垂向分量的平面弯曲变形构件,按Winkler弹性地基梁法计算其内力,没有考虑在框架底土摩阻力和框架轴向荷载影响下,其实则为拉压与弯曲或斜弯曲组合变形构件,导致现行计算结果与实际存在偏差。为此,以某黄土路堑边坡为例,采用经平板载荷试验数值验证的室内外试验土工参数,首次建立考虑摩阻力和轴向荷载影响并将锚杆作用按等效力简化的边坡锚固框架内力计算有限元方法。同时,由黄土的变形模量换算出Winkler法对应杆系有限元模型参数,按现行算法分别建立平地框架实体与杆系有限元模型以分析Winkler法存在的问题及其结果与相应边坡框架模型简化有限元计算的差异。结果表明:平地模型Winkler法与相应实体有限元法所得框架竖肋弯矩图很相似,但前者弯矩最大值较后者偏大,二者横梁弯矩差别较大;将边坡上组合变形的框架等同于平地上平面弯曲框架所得内力与实际会存在很大偏差。

Abstract :
选用合适的土的本构模型是确保岩土工程问题数值模拟定量计算精度的关键。近些年来,两种土的高等本构模型,即硬化土模型(HS模型)和考虑小应变刚度的硬化土模型(HSS模型)在已有的研究中表现出良好的有效性和先进性,但目前鲜有将其应用于黄土工程问题的研究。为此,针对笔者开展的室内黄土三轴压缩试验和现场黄土地基平板载荷试验,采用Diana有限元软件中的HS和HSS模型及常用莫尔-库伦模型(M-C模型)和邓肯-张模型(D-C模型)开展了数值模拟对比研究。结果表明:HS和HSS模型比常用的M-C和D-C模型更好地拟合了这两种试验结果,且HSS模型比HS模型总体拟合结果更好。因此,HS和HSS模型在模拟黄土变形及其失稳破坏机理方面比后两者更可靠,具有推广使用价值。

环境温度变化导致基坑支护结构内支撑轴力和变形过大的问题不容忽视.本文以福州地铁6号线潘墩站坑中坑工程为例,选取该基坑代表性区段采用ABAQUS程序及邓肯-张模型对其开挖和支护全过程进行三维有限元模拟,并将分析结果与现场部分监测数据进行对比,验证了所建模型及其材料参数取值的可靠性.同时,利用所建模型着重分析当地可能的季节或昼夜温差变化幅度内支撑轴力及围护墙水平位移的变化规律.结果表明:基坑开挖完成后,温度变化时支撑轴力与温度呈线性相关关系,轴力变化主要体现在内外坑的首道支撑上,此时围护结构整体向坑内或坑外运动,且地连墙侧移受温度影响范围主要集中在基坑开挖深度以上.不同开挖阶段的温度变化引起的温度效应相差较大,潘墩站最不利工况发生在最后一道支撑架设完毕后,此时地连墙水平位移增量及轴力变化幅度最大,温度效应最明显.该研究成果对类似软土基坑工程具有重要的理论和实践意义.

Abstract :
The variations of ambient temperature will lead to the increment of axial force and deformation for retaining structures in a foundation pit, which should not be ignored. Taking the pit-in-pit project at Pandun Station of Fuzhou Metro Line 6 as an example, this work simulated the whole process of excavation and construction by the software ABAQUS and Duncan-Chang constitutive model with 3D finite element method. On this basis, the analysis results were compared with the on-site monitor data to verify the reliability of the model and the material parameter values. In addition, the variation regularity of horizontal displacement and axial force of the retaining structure was analyzed with the influence of seasonal or day and night temperature changes. The axial force was linearly related to the temperature after the completion of the foundation pit excavation. The change of the axial force was mainly reflected in the first support of the inner or outer pit and the whole retaining structure moved inside or outside of the pit. The horizontal displacement range of the diaphragm wall affected by the temperatures was mainly concentrated above the excavation depth. The temperature effects caused by temperature changes in different excavation stages were quite different. The most unfavorable condition at Pandun Station occurred after the finish of the last support, the horizontal displacement increment and the change of the axial force were the largest, and the temperature effect was the most obvious. 区间联络通道现已成为双线隧道建设必不可少的一部分,具有排水、防火、连通两隧道以及在隧道发生事故时作为“逃生通道”的作用。为准确掌握厦门滨海区隧道联络通道冻结法施工过程中温度场的发展规律,开展了厦门地铁六号线马集区间段2~#联络通道冻结法施工全程监测与分析,并采用Diana有限元程序建立与放射状布置冻结孔完全相同三维数值模型分析了冻结施工过程中温度场随时间的变化规律,将数值分析结果与代表性点实测数据进行了对比。结果表明:各测点温度的变化趋势大体一致,测位点越深冻结效果越好;泄压孔压力初始时大小差异主要是由孔点所处的固有土压不同所致;距冻结管越近土体温度降速越快,冻结土强度越高,形成冻结壁后冻结效率相应提高;数值分析所得温度场是非对称的;该数值模拟方法具有便捷性、较好的可行性和较高的可靠性,可作为今后类似工程冻结施工温度场的预测方法。

To reveal the load-transfer mechanism of stiffened deep cement mixing (SDCM) piles, the three-dimensional numerical analysis of a pilot pile was first conducted using the finite element software Diana, which can simulate the Mohr-Coulomb friction interface. Comparisons show that the computed load-settlement curve and distribution law of the skin frictions agreed well with the measurements. Then, the numerical method was employed to model the group pile foundations with four SDCM piles. It shows that the bearing capacity increased with increasing pile spacing and core lengths. And most loading was shared by the stiffened cores. It indicates that negative skin frictions may arise at the bottom of a reinforced concrete pile cap or the end of a stiffened core. And there is a hysteresis effect for the peak frictions on the two interfaces to mobilize. Meanwhile, plastic shear zones in soil and DCM pile may sequentially arise with increasing load.
