Abstract :
Despite extensive efforts dedicated to researching two-dimensional (2D) transition metal oxides (TMOs), significant challenges still remain to simplify their synthesis and improve the activity and reusability of these materials. In this work, we prepared a 2D Cu-containing layered double oxide (CuLDO) under mild conditions. Only via stirring LDO in diluted Cu solution at room temperature could ion exchange between Mg in LDO and Cu ions from that solution allow fixing of Cu onto the surfaces of LDO nanosheets with good dispersion at a high density. The obtained CuLDO was then annealed to give CuOx-rich nanosheets (denoted as c-CuLDO), which maintained a thin thickness of 5-9 nm with a flowers-like architecture thanks to the structural memory of the source materials. The excellent morphology of CuOx-based nanosheets helped to avoid the restacking of nanosheets. Such a c-CuLDO outperformed many other reported Cu-based nanomaterials as a catalyst in phenol degradation (k = 0.335 min(-1)) because c-CuLDO could efficiently activate persulfate to generate abundant amounts of sulfate radical (SO4-). Furthermore, the catalytic activity of used c-CuLDO could be restored by a simple hydrothermal treatment. The developed chemistry could also be used to remove copper ions from wastewater, generating value-added Cu-based nanomaterials and eliminating waste at the same time. The current results may inspire the design of novel low dimensional nanomaterials that are difficult to synthesize directly by conventional bottom-up strategies.

由液相渗硅工艺(LSI)制得了2D CF/SiC复合材料,经过XRD分析得知材料中SiC均为β相。经过同质量比的K_3Fe(CN)_6与KOH混合水溶液对其进行腐蚀,由SEM观察腐蚀后2D CF/SiC复合材料的形貌,发现其中SiC呈现细等轴晶和粗大晶粒两种不同的形貌。分析认为LSI工艺制备2DCF/SiC复合材料中生成的SiC有两种生成机制:Si原子通过空位机制向碳中扩散形成无定型SiC,在保温过程中结晶形成细晶SiC层;C原子扩散进入熔融态硅中形成C—Si基团,由于温度梯度和浓度梯度的存在,在远离C/SiC界面处过饱和析出,通过溶解-沉淀机制形成粗大的SiC晶体,在晶粒的长大过程中伴随着层...

Abstract :
2D CF/SiC composites were prepared by liquid silicon infiltration. XRD analysis revealed that SiC only presents as β phase in composites. The mixed solution of K3Fe(CN)6 and KOH in the same mass ratio was used to corrosive the material. SEM images show that coarse and fine two morphological of the grains exist in 2D CF/SiC composites. It's conclude that distinguishing shapes of SiC are produced by two different growth theory: silicon atoms diffuse into carbon through the vacancy mechanism which leads to the appearance of amorphous SiC. As heat-retaining time increasing, amorphous SiC gradually transforms into the crystalline state. After the carbon atoms diffuse through the silicon carbide layer, carbon atoms dissolve in the liquid silicon and exist in the form of C-Si group. Under the influence of temperature gradient and concentration gradient, Si-C group move farther away from the C/SiC interface and begin to nucleate after reach saturation.Coarse silicon carbide crystals are formed by the dissolution-precipitation mechanism, which accompany the emergence of stacking fault. © 2017,Chinese Society for Composite Materials. Abstract :
Porous carbons were prepared by pyrolysis of the mixture of coal-tar pitch and nano-MgO, and the effect of carbothermal reduction between nano-MgO and carbons on their microstructures was studied. Pyrolysis behavior of the mixture was characterized by simultaneous thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). In addition, the microstructures of resulting porous carbons were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurement. Results show that the carbothermal reduction occurs when the temperature is beyond 1300 degrees C, greatly influencing the microstructures of the resulting porous carbons. With the increasing of temperature, the porous carbon prepared possesses a thinner thickness of pore wall and a higher specific surface area with a less mesopore volume. When the temperature arrives at 1800 degrees C, the porous carbon prepared exhibits three-dimensional network structures consisting of few-layered graphene sheets. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. 本发明公开了一种热压烧结氮化铝陶瓷的制备方法,具体涉及一种能够快速制备高热导率氮化铝陶瓷的方法。制备过程通过将不同形状的氮化铝粉末块体进行拼接成型,热压烧结后无须切割即可分开,随后将陶瓷块体进行退火处理,可获得热导率在100‑160 W/(m·K)的氮化铝陶瓷。通过此种方法制备的氮化铝陶瓷晶粒生长的更加完整,热导率更好,生产成本更低。

通过理论计算,探究C_f/SiC复合材料密度与C/C坯体密度的相关性;而后采用碳纤维布叠层制作2D C/C坯体,经先驱体浸渍裂解工艺增密,制得密度分别为0.98、1.06、1.12g/cm~3的C/C坯体,通过液相渗硅法反应合成2DC_f/SiC复合材料,探究C/C坯体密度对其结构和性能的影响。与理论计算结果来对比。研究结果表明:试验结果与理论数学计算结果基本一致。随着C/C坯体密度的增加,C_f/SiC复合材料的密度出现先上升后下降的趋势,当C/C坯体密度大于0.98g/cm~3后,复合材料的弯曲强度随着C/C坯体密度的增加而降低,C/C坯体密度为0.98g/cm~3时,2DC_f/SiC复...

Abstract :
Relationship of densities between Cf/SiC composites and C/C preforms was studied by theoretical calculation. And 2D Cf/SiC composites were prepared from three kinds of C/C preforms with densities of 0.98, 1.06, 1.12 g/cm3, which were prepared by repeatedly overlapping the layers of carbon cloths and precursor infiltration pyrolysis, by liquid silicon infiltration. The effects of densities of C/C preforms on structure and property of composites were study. The results were compared with theoretical calculation results. The research results show that the test results are basically consistent with the theoretical mathematical results. The density of Cf/SiC composites increases first and then decreases with the increase of the C/C preforms density. And when the density of C/C preform is greater than 0.98 g/cm3, the flexural strength of composites decreases with the increase of C/C preforms density. The composites have a better structure and property, while the density of C/C preforms is 0.98 g/cm3. © 2016, BUAA Culture Media Group Ltd. All right reserved.

Abstract :
Graphene nanosheets(GNs)/carbon foam composites were prepared by direct pyrolysis of GNs/cyanate ester (CE) resin mixtures at ambient pressure. Pyrolysis behaviors of the GNs/CE resin mixtures were studied using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). In addition, the effects of the additive amount of GNs on the microstructures, physical properties and compressive behaviors of the resulting GNs/carbon foam composites were investigated. Results show that the additive amount of GNs has great effect on the thermal stability of the CE resin as well as the structures and properties of the resulting composites. With the increasing of additive amount of GNs from 0 to 6wt.%, the composite exhibits an increase in the bulk density and mechanical performance as well as structural uniformity. When the additive amount is 6 wt%, its bulk density, compressive strength and modulus arrive at 0.38 g/cm(3), 7.11 MPa and 115.9 MPa, respectively. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

将短碳纤维、铜粉、钛粉混合均匀后装模加压制备了TiC/CuTi复合材料,并利用SEM和EDS方法对样品进行显微分析.实验结果表明:Cu粉、Ti粉与碳纤维高温反应能够原位合成TiC,生成的TiC晶粒与CuTi合金润湿性良好.当Ti/C摩尔比达到1.6时,提高Ti粉和碳纤维总的占比含量,生成的TiC晶粒变大.
