基于界面电荷极化特性的变压器油纸绝缘寿命预测方法研究 CSCD PKU

Abstract :

准确预测变压器油纸绝缘寿命对于保障电力系统安全稳定运行具有重要意义。根据微观介电响应机制剖析界面极化与油纸绝缘老化的内在机理联系,并基于混合极化模型——一种在扩展德拜模型基础上引入界面极化支路的等效电路拓扑,探究界面电荷极化特性在油纸绝缘寿命预测中的应用。首先,分析温升过程中频谱特性变化背后蕴含的普适弛豫极化规律,基于混合极化模型重构回复电压极化谱。结合温度对主时间常数和模型参数的影响规律,提出一种单一温度测试下的油纸绝缘活化能计算方法,通过界面极化电容构建出频温平移因子。其次,剖析介质损耗因数随老化加深的变化规律,探究损耗峰偏移现象与界面极化弛豫时间的内在联系,凝练全新表征油纸绝缘聚合度含量的频域特征参量——界面极化支路极点Ph2。最后,联合界面极化支路极点Ph2、频温平移因子和损失累积动力学方程构建油纸绝缘寿命预测模型,并将不同运行年限变压器现场实测数据代入模型验证实效性,为油纸绝缘寿命预测提供了一种新思路。

大型覆土式储罐多工况强度可靠性分析

Abstract :

采用计算机仿真分析方法,对两种沉降方式下4种工况的覆土式储罐进行数值仿真计算,得到8种不同条件下覆土式储罐的应力应变分布云图,基于云图结果对储罐许用极限进行预测,同时进行强度与模态计算分析。计算结果显示,最大应力集中于壳体与气室连接处;由仿真模拟结果可得,计算屈服评价指标均小于实际工程要求的许用应力值,表明在8种工况下罐体满足强度要求;模态计算结果表明,覆土工况下的储罐处于稳定状态。

Abstract :

Accurate lifetime prediction of transformer oil-paper insulation is of great significance in ensuring the safe and stable operation of a power system. In this paper, the internal mechanism relationship between interfacial polarization and aging oil-paper insulation is analyzed based on a microscopic dielectric response mechanism. Based on a mixed polarization model, an equivalent circuit topology with an interfacial polarization branch is introduced on the basis of an extended Debye model, and the application of interfacial charge polarization characteristics in oil-paper insulation life prediction is explored. First, the universal relaxation polarization law behind the spectrum changes in the process of temperature rise is analyzed, and the recovery voltage polarization spectrum is reconstructed based on the mixed polarization model. Combined with the influence law of temperature on the principal time constant and model parameters, a calculation method for the activation energy of oil-paper insulation in a single temperature test is proposed. The frequency-temperature translation factor is constructed from the interface polarization capacitance. Secondly, the change rule of dielectric loss factor with the deepening of aging is analyzed, the internal relationship between loss peak shift and relaxation time of interfacial polarization is explored, and a new characteristic parameter in frequency domain, the interfacial polarization branch pole Ph2 is refined to characterize the polymerization degree content of oil-paper insulation. Finally, an oil-paper insulation life prediction model is constructed by combining interface polarization branch pole Ph2 , frequency-temperature translation factor and a loss accumulation dynamic equation, and the measured data of a transformer of different operating years are substituted into the model to verify its effectiveness. Abstract :

To address the limitations of the Debye model and its derived models in effectively capturing the microscopic properties of dielectric materials, this study focuses on the wideband dielectric response of oil-paper insulation and conducts equivalent modelling research. Firstly, the Kramers-Kronig (K-K) transform is applied to extract the independent spectra of the conductivity process, non-dispersive polarization process, and relaxation polarization process within a wide frequency band, clarifying the composition of the broadband dielectric response of oil-paper insulation. Then, based on the spectral analysis results, electrical units are selected to construct the equivalent model. Finally, a method combining the K-K transform with the Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) algorithm for model parameter identification is proposed. The study demonstrates that under the influence of a wideband alternating electric field, oil-paper insulation exhibits the conductivity process, low-frequency dispersive response, relaxation-peak type response, and non-dispersive polarization process. Based on this finding, the proposed equivalent model for dielectric response effectively characterizes the complex polarization processes of oil-paper insulation, providing the necessary model foundation for the analysis of dielectric responses. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Abstract :

Electricity theft detection is very important for the economic benefits of power companies and the effectiveness of safe operation of power systems. At present, the traditional power theft detection method can only identify whether the user has power theft, but cannot perform rapid and accurate inspections for various types of power theft users. Aiming at the characteristics of medium-voltage users with large power consumption and regular power consumption, this paper proposed a method for detecting the type of power theft in medium-voltage distribution lines based on robust regression and convolutional neural network. Firstly, considering the existence of abnormal data due to factors such as communication delay interruption, a robust regression algorithm is used to reduce its impact and improve the accuracy of regression analysis. Secondly, the correction coefficient and error term of each user obtained by regression are taken as the characteristics of user stealing electricity, and input into the convolutional neural network model for training to complete the identification of stealing electricity type. Finally, the method is verified by simulation and measured data. The results show that under different disturbance conditions, the proposed method can accurately identify different types of power stealing behaviors, which can better assist on-site investigation, narrow the investigation scope and improve the verification rate. © 2024 The Author(s)

Abstract :

基于回复电压极化谱提取特征参量是目前广泛应用的变压器油纸绝缘状态评估方法,但极化谱易受工况干扰、人工失误等因素影响而出现特征数据异常的情况,严重降低评估准确性。针对上述问题,该文提出了一种基于局部离群因子(LOF)和改进K最近邻(IKNN)的回复电压数据清洗方法。首先,选取回复电压极化谱的回复电压极大值U_(rmax)、初始斜率S_r与主时间常数t_(cdom)作为老化特征参量,并基于LOF算法对非标准极化谱中的异常特征量数据进行识别与筛除。其次,利用模糊C均值(FCM)聚类算法减小噪声点对KNN算法的干扰,并通过加权欧氏距离标度突出各特征量间的关联性,进而构建出基于IKNN的数据填补模型架构以实现特征缺失数据的填补。最后,代入多组实测数据验证所提数据清洗方法的实效性。结果表明,数据清洗后的状态评估准确率相较于原有数据上升了50%左右,有效提高了变压器回复电压数据质量,为准确感知变压器运行状况奠定坚实的基础。

油纸绝缘系统老化程度与电力变压器的稳定运行密切相关。针对油纸绝缘频域介电谱(frequency-domain spectroscopy,FDS)所提相关特征量单一和未考虑频谱特性指标间冲突性与随机性而导致老化诊断结果误差大的问题,提出了融合频谱特性与聚类云-证据推理的油纸绝缘老化程度诊断方法。首先,根据不同老化试样的频谱特征提取老化诊断多特征指标,并利用非线性拟合构建老化特征数据库。其次,基于Kmeans聚类提出适配非线性变化指标的聚类云模型基本概率分配方法。最后,针对多特征量的冲突性及相关性差异,利用CRITIC-G1综合赋权法计算各指标对应的证据修正因子,并进行基本概率再分配,利用证据融合推理得出油纸绝缘系统真实老化程度。实验结果表明,所提方法可准确诊断复合油纸绝缘样本的老化状态,为电力检修策略的制定提供了理论指导。

扩展德拜模型参数的准确辨识对油纸绝缘设备状态诊断具有重要意义.针对目前扩展模型参数辨识方法存在的不足,该文首次提出频谱解构法实现扩展德拜模型的精准辨识.首先,引入Kramers-Kronig变换对频域介电谱进行解耦,获取绝缘电阻谱线、几何电容谱线及弛豫极化谱线,并利用最小二乘法确定绝缘电阻和几何电容参数.然后,提出频谱微分法对极化复电容实部微分谱线进行逐次分解,根据微分谱线峰值点数和剩余谱线最大峰值点坐标求解极化等效电路参数,从而构建完整、精准的油纸绝缘扩展德拜等效电路模型.最后,通过仿真和实例验证了该方法辨识油纸绝缘扩展德拜模型参数的准确性.该文可为频域介电谱法开展油纸绝缘内部弛豫特性研究提供可靠的物理模型.

As a classical topological circuit model, the extended Debye model is of great significance for the condition diagnosis of oil paper insulation equipment. Aiming at the uncertain branches and the random identification results of the current extended Debye model. This paper based on the branch characteristics of the model, combining the real and imaginary parts relation of repolarization rate with spectrum differentiation method, proposing a spectrum decomposition method to realize the complete identification of the extended Debye model. Undering the external electric field, the dielectric relaxation process will cover the conductivity loss, and the coupling and superposition of the internal multiple polarization maps make uncertainly to the polarization identification. It obscures the number of branches’s determination of the equivalent model, and makes the identification of model parameters difficult. In order to solve those problems, firstly, the frequency domain dielectric spectrum is decoupled based on Kramers-Kronig transform. Since the resistance and infinite capacitance terms calculated result is 0, the real and imaginary parts of the complex capacitance calculated by K-K relationship only contain relaxation polarization components. Therefore it can realize the separation of the geometric branch and the polarization branch of the extended Debye model, and can also complete the quantitative extraction of the insulation resistance, the geometric capacitance and the relaxation polarization spectrum line. Then, using the spectral characteristics of resistance and capacitance, the unique parameters of insulation resistance and geometric capacitance can be determined by the least square method. Next, according to the spectrum differentiation method, the first-order differentiation of the real part of the polarization complex capacitance is carried out. Because the single relaxation polarization real part is a ladder, the differential spectrum line has a relaxation peak . The number of relaxation mechanisms can be confirmed by the number of peak points of differential spectral lines, and the unique polarization equivalent circuit parameters can be solved by using the uniqueness of peak points. Finally, the feasibility of this method is verified by existing model parameters and examples: the identification error of insulation resistance and geometric capacitance parameters is less than 1%, the polarization equivalent circuit error is less than 7%. In general, the calculated and measured spectral lines are in good agreement and the trend is consistent. The spectral deconstruction method can provide a reliable physical model for the study of the internal relaxation characteristics of oil paper insulation. Through simulation and case analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: ①the conductance and relaxation processes can be accurately separated by K-K transformation, and the insulation resistance and geometric capacitance parameters can be determined. ②The number of polarization branches of the extended Debye model can be clearly determined by the peak number of the real part differential spectral line of the polarization complex capacitance; The parameters of each polarization branch can be identified by using the spectrum differentiation method to solve the spectrum step by step. ③The spectrum deconstruction method proposed in this paper can completely identify the parameters of oil paper insulation extended Debye model, and the results are unique within a certain accuracy range. © 2023 Chinese Machine Press. Abstract :

为了提高对复杂电能质量扰动(power qualitydisturbances,PQDs)的分类准确率,该文提出一种基于特征融合并行优化模型的PQDs分类方法.该方法以特征融合的方式,使用全卷积神经网络(fully convolutional networks,FCN)和长短期记忆网络(long short-term memory,LSTM)并行挖掘PQDs在空间和时序上的高维特征,并提出全局最大池化(global max pooling,GMP)和时间序列重组(time series reshape,TSR)优化,提升模型的分类性能.为了验证所提方法的有效性,该文基于Keras框架搭建分类模型,建立含72类扰动的PQDs数据库并进行仿真实验,所提方法在20dB白噪声环境中平均分类准确率可达92.38%,相较于其他主流深度学习分类方法有更高的噪声鲁棒性和分类准确率.另外,对硬件平台所采样的10类PQDs进行分类测试,共100组实验信号均得到正确分类,该结果进一步验证了所提方法的可靠性.
