Abstract :

使用高精度测温仪、金相显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)等手段,研究了冷却速率、过冷度和再辉温度对Al-20%Si合金Si相形貌和性能的影响。结果表明:Al-20%Si合金初生Si的平均尺寸(D)与冷却速率(v)呈幂函数关系D=260.6v-3/4,而与再辉温度(Tm)则呈线性关系D=0.25Tm-143.12;降低初生Si生长的再辉温度,是控制晶粒长大的关键;铜模的高蓄热系数能持续降低初生Si的形核温度和再辉温度,使初生Si细小;初生Si由小平面生长转变为非小平面生长的临界过冷度为70 K,与理论计算结果(74 K)基本一致;随着冷却速率的增大、过冷度的增加和再辉温度的降低,Al-20%Si...

Abstract :

目的获得在反应润湿过程中固液界面能与时间变化的关系,掌握反应润湿动力学的核心问题。方法基于反应润湿过程中反应界面处的三相能量处于动态平衡状态,以反应界面新相覆盖率α和界面活性元素占位浓度分数Φs为变量,结合Young方程带入边界条件进行数学推导,并且进一步采用Dezellus推出的cosθ-t关系的动力学方程进行理论推导。通过真空熔炼炉炼制NiSi合金,采用改良座滴法,在高温真空润湿仪中的石墨基板上进行润湿实验,用高分辨率的CCD相机拍摄反应润湿过程中接触角的变化,获取接触角数据,结合公式计算,验证动力学方程。结果理论推导出了固液界面能与时间关系的动力学方程。该方程与文献中将固液界面能在反应过...

Characterization and calculation of dynamics of reactive wetting at solid-liquid interface EI CSCD PKU

Abstract :

The work aims to obtain the relationship of solid-liquid interface energy changing over time during the reaction wetting process and master the core problem of reaction wetting kinetics. Theory derivation: during reaction wetting process, three-phase energy was in dynamic equilibrium at reaction interface. Based on this, new phase coverage rate at the reaction interface and the fraction of interface active element occupancy concentration were taken as two variables so that Young's equation and the boundary conditions could be used for mathematical derivation. Dezelluss cosθ-t relationship dynamic equation was also used for further theoretical derivation. Experimental verification: NiSi alloys were refined by vacuum melting furnace, and wetting experiments on graphite substrate were carried out in a high temperature vacuum humidifier by modified seat drop method. Change of contact angle during the reaction wetting process was recorded by a high resolution CCD camera to get contact angle data. The kinetic equation was verified by the data and formula. Through theoretical derivation, kinetic equation of the relationship between solid-liquid interface energy and time was derived. This equation was the same as the equation with instantaneous difference of solid-liquid interface energy as driving force during reaction process, and also identical to the equation derived by the Dezelluss cosθ-t relationship. In the kinetic equation, the solid-liquid interface energy was exponentially reduced over time. Results of wetting experiment by Ni-Si/C system showed that solid-liquid interface energy decreased exponentially with reaction time during the interface reaction control stage, which was consistent with solid-liquid interface energy changing with reaction time in the theoretically derived kinetic equation. Moreover, the activation energy of interfacial reaction of Ni-45wt%Si/C system was calculated to be 239 kJ/mol in combination with the kinetic equation and Arrhenius equation, which was close to the value reported in literature. The reaction kinetics equation is reliable in reactive wetting process. The relationship between solid-liquid interface energy and time is exponentially reduced, which can provide a theoretical reference for surface modification and wettability in coatings. © 2019, Chongqing Wujiu Periodicals Press. Abstract :

采用P和RE对Al-20Si合金进行复合变质,并用铜模冷却不同壁厚铸件进行试验,采用OM、SEM分析复合变质对Si相组织的影响,并对其磨损性能进行研究.结果 表明,铜模的高蓄热系数与铸件壁厚的减小降低了合金的再辉温度,与复合变质共同作用,起到明显细化Si相作用,5 mm厚铸件中初生Si平均晶粒尺寸仅为7.1 μm.随着晶粒尺寸减小,硬度逐渐增大,磨损量变小.当铸件厚度逐渐减小时,合金由剥层磨损机制转变为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损的混合机制.

Abstract :

Different surface areas of alpha-Fe2O3 nanocrystals have been achieved by annealing at different temperatures. Obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller technique, and transmission electron microscopy. The surface areas of alpha-Fe2O3 nanocrystals changed from 136.5 m(2)/g to 2.1 m(2)/g with the increase of annealing temperature from 280 degrees C to 700 degrees C. alpha-Fe2O3 nanocrystal catalytic activity on the decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP) was characterized through thermogravimetric analysis. The decomposition rate of AP with the addition of alpha-Fe2O3 nanocrystals was surface area relative. The 136.5 m(2)/g alpha-Fe2O3 nanocrystal exhibited the best catalytic activity, which lowered the high-temperature peak temperature of AP by 60.8 degrees C.

Abstract :

The influence of age hardening treatment on the hardness and microstructure of semi-solid squeeze cast A319 alloy is investigated. At 175 degrees C, the age-hardening curve of the alloy shows two peaks between which there was an apparent valley. Analyses by transmission electron microscopy, selected area electron diffraction and energy-dispersive X-ray detection suggest that the first peak is caused by formation of G.P.2 zones while the second peak can be related to formation of the metastable theta '- and Q '-phases. Compared with gravity die cast A319 the semi-solid squeeze cast A319 shows a larger increase and a higher peak in hardness during the age hardening process. Additionally, the latter requires another 32 h to reach the first hardness peak while it reaches the second hardness peak about 24 h earlier than the former.
