Abstract :
为解决高比例风电市场竞标能力弱、市场消纳困难的问题,提出高比例风电耦合氢储能系统联合参与现货市场竞价的双层Stackelberg博弈模型。首先,研究风氢耦合系统内部能量转换关系,揭示风氢耦合系统的能量“时空平移”机理,在综合考虑风氢耦合系统收益和成本的基础上,建立风电投标和氢储能充放电决策模型;其次,兼顾风氢耦合系统和独立系统运营商的利益诉求,基于Stackelberg博弈建立以火电机组、风氢耦合系统为主体的市场出清模型;最后,针对双层模型求解困难的问题,运用KKT条件和强对偶理论将双层模型转换为易于求解的单层混合整数规划模型。仿真结果表明,所提策略对高比例风电的市场消纳起到了积极作用。

Abstract :
In order to solve the problems of weak bidding ability and difficult market accommodation in high proportion wind power market,a bi-level Stackelberg game model of high proportion wind power coupled hydrogen energy storage system participating in spot market bidding is proposed. Firstly,the internal energy conversion relationship of the wind-hydrogen coupling system is studied,and the energy'time-space translation'mechanism of the wind-hydrogen coupling system is revealed. Considering the benefits of the wind-hydrogen coupling system and the cost of wind curtailment,the wind power bidding and hydrogen energy storage charging and discharging decision models are established. Secondly,taking into account the interests of wind- hydrogen coupling system and independent system operators,a market clearing model with thermal power units and wind-hydrogen coupling system as the main body is established based on Stackelberg game. Finally,aiming at the difficulty of solving the two-layer model,the KKT(Karush-Kuhu-Tucker)condition and strong duality theory are used to transform the bi-level model into a single-level mixed integer programming model which is easy to be solved. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy has played a positive role in the market consumption of high proportion of wind power. © 2024 Science Press. All rights reserved.

Abstract :
The issue of DC fault ride-through can now be resolved in a novel way thanks to flexible current limiting technology, but its practical worth cannot be realized due to flaws in the technology. This study examines the placement of a controlled current source on the secondary side of a current limiting inductor and the enhancement of clamping voltage stability on the primary side of a current limiting inductor from the standpoint of controlling flexible current limiting technology. It offers a theoretical foundation for the specified secondaryside controlled source through an analysis of the iron core's inductance properties. Two-degree-of-freedom algorithm and model predictive control are combined in a control strategy that is appropriate for flexible current limiting devices to address the issue of inadequate response time and control accuracy under standard control. In MATLAB/Simulink simulation software, the presented theory's soundness is lastly confirmed.

Abstract :
Fault isolation is an important technology to help guarantee that a DC system can be operated stably. A new fault isolation strategy is proposed to improve the traditional strategy which relies too much on a high-performance DC circuit breaker (DCCB). The new strategy makes use of the coordination between a flexible current limiting device (FCLD) and a DCCB. First, the cooperative mechanism between the FCLD and DCCB under permanent fault and transient fault is researched. Second, the arc transient characteristic of the interruption of the DCCB considering suppressed current from the FCLD is analyzed. Finally, a simulation is carried out on the Matlab/Simulink platform to verify the feasibility of the new cooperative strategy. The results show that FCLD can inhibit the breaking arc effectively; with this new fault isolation strategy, the DC system can finish ride through smoothly in the transient fault, while the DCCB can complete the no arc break in the permanent fault. The new strategy has reduced the breaking requirements for DCCB in terms of the DC system’s fault isolation, and improved the fault ride-through capability of the DC system. © 2024 Power System Protection and Control Press. 直流系统的故障隔离是保证直流系统稳定运行的重要技术。针对传统故障隔离策略对直流断路器(direct current circuit breaker, DCCB)的性能要求较高的问题,提出了一种利用柔性限流装置(flexible current limiting device,FCLD)与DCCB协同动作的故障隔离策略。首先,研究了直流系统永久性故障和瞬时性故障情况下FCLD与DCCB的协同作用机理。其次,分析考虑FCLD电流抑制作用下DCCB开断过程的电弧暂态特性。最后,在Matlab/Simulink平台中进行仿真,验证所提协同策略的可行性。结果表明:FCLD可有效抑制DCCB的开断电弧;基于所提故障隔离策略,直流系统可在瞬时故障情况下实现平稳穿越,永久故障情况下实现DCCB的无弧开断。该策略降低了直流系统故障隔离过程中对DCCB的开断要求,提升了直流系统的故障穿越能力。

针对综合能源系统低碳经济调度问题,构建含多微能网综合能源系统低碳经济运行框架,提出一种考虑绿证-碳交易机制的综合能源系统双层优化调度方法.首先,利用碳排放流模型计算能源网络中各负荷节点的碳排放因子,实现碳排放量的科学核算;其次,通过分析碳交易和绿证交易市场的运行机制,建立微能网碳交易模型和绿色证书交易模型,并设计绿证-碳交易衔接机制以减轻微能网的碳交易履约成本;然后,建立绿证-碳交易机制下的综合能源系统双层优化调度模型,上层为电网和气网经济调度模型,下层以运行成本最小为目标建立计及需求响应的多微能网低碳经济调度模型.最后,算例仿真表明,该方法可有效降低碳排放量、减少新能源弃电量,实现综合能源系统的低碳经济运行.

已有限流器优化配置方法大多以电阻、电感型限流器为配置对象,且只考虑每条线路均配置限流器的工况,降低系统经济效益,因此提出一种计及新型柔性直流限流器(novel flexible fault current limiter,NFFCL)运行特性、位置、数量等因素的优化配置方法.首先基于换流站和NFFCL简化模型,构建含NFFCL直流系统故障电流计算模型,并在 5 节点直流系统验证其准确性;其次,以NFFCL成本、限流效果为目标函数,以断路器最大开断电流为约束条件,构建多目标优化配置模型,并对NSGA-Ⅱ算法中的拥挤度计算进行改进,以实现优化配置过程中 NFFCL 安装数量与容量的解耦;最后,采用改进拥挤度计算的 NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解得到 11 节点直流系统的NFFCL优化配置方案,并通过限流器成本、安装数量、限流效果之间的关系选取最终方案.

针对低惯性直流微电网中母线电压易受网内功率波动影响的问题,提出了一种基于改进模型预测的直流微电网并网变换器自适应虚拟惯性控制策略。首先,电压外环引入自适应类虚拟同步发电机控制,通过将控制方程中的虚拟惯性参数与电压变化率结合起来,实现虚拟惯性参数的灵活可调。其次,在电流内环引入模型预测控制,并采用改进延时补偿算法,实现对给定电流值快速跟踪的同时改善控制系统的动态特性。最后,基于Matlab/Simulink建立了系统模型进行仿真。结果表明,与传统的虚拟惯性控制策略相比较,所提控制策略下的直流母线电压波动幅值更小且动态性能更佳,可以有效提高直流母线电压的稳定性和直流微电网的惯性。

Abstract :
In order to realize the low-carbon emission of power system and boost the economic growth, a bi-level optimal dispatching strategy based on the demand response considering nodal carbon intensity is proposed, which uses the model of carbon intensity guided multivariate flexible load as basic. First, by using the principle of proportional sharing to track the carbon emission flow, a carbon emission flow model is built, and the carbon intensity variation law of each node is perceived from a spatiotemporal dimension. Then, the carbon flow analysis is incorporated into the load-side demand response mechanism, the nodal carbon intensity is used to establish the carbon emission model of demand response for load aggregators, and the dispatching differences of load aggregators under different carbon intensities are clarified to build a bi-level optimal dispatching model of power system based on demand response considering nodal carbon intensity. The upper-level of the model is the optimal economic dispatching of power grid operators, and the lower-level of the model is the demand response economic dispatching of load aggregators. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a modified IEEE 30-bus system. © 2024 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press. All rights reserved.

能量路由器的核心元件为双有源桥(dual active bridge,DAB)直流变压器,针对其短路故障时电流上升速率快,峰值大,导致DAB内部电力电子器件闭锁的问题,该文提出一种具有限流型结构的直流变压器,限流装置结构为从DAB高压侧H桥连接单相整流桥,再与输出端口的限流电感相连。当直流系统发生短路故障时,限流型直流变压器采用混合控制算法进行整流,为限流电感提供钳位电压,限制故障电流的峰值,并与断路器配合实现无弧开断,该方法避免DAB中电力电子器件发生闭锁,快速实现故障限流和隔离。在仿真系统中搭建了基于10kV/750V直流变压器的限流型直流变压器的模型,仿真结果表明限流型直流变压器与断路器配合实现故障限流和隔离的有效性和可行性。
