深度学习驱动的无人机河道巡检异物监测及定位技术研究

Abstract :

随城市规模扩大,河道岸线不断遭到侵占,河道过流能力和水环境均遭受严重破坏,对于复杂河道急需高效监管方法.本文采用无人机获取河道及两岸影像,使用生成对抗网络进行数据增强,基于YOLOv5深度学习算法和坐标转换的定位算法,对五种典型河道异物进行识别与定位.其中目标识别算法在主干网络引入注意力机制,同时采用EIOU-Focal Loss作为模型损失函数,以提升模型的检测精度与收敛速度.结果表明经过数据增强后,模型识别的平均精度均值(mAP)最高提升了9.9%.消融实验的结果表明综合改进后的模型具有最高的检测精度,mAP最高达到0.96,较原始模型提升11.6%.定位结果表明算法目标物实际平均误差不超过3 m,具有较高精度.本文利用改进后模型对福建地区闽江河段的无人机影像进行了检测识别,改进后模型对目标物检测具有更高准确性,为相关研究提供参考.

Mechanism of turbulence modulation of sediment-laden flow for the case of equilibrium suspended-load transport SCIE

Abstract :

The interphase interaction between water flow and sediment and particle collision in sediment laden flow will modulate the flow turbulence. Due to the complexity of suspended sediment movement, the mechanism of water-sediment interaction has always been a difficult point in the study, especially the modulation law of water-sediment interaction on flow turbulence has not reached a consistent conclusion. It is of great significance for the study of sediment laden flow to optimize the construction of the numerical model of water and sediment. In this study, a Euler solid-liquid two-phase flow model was used to investigate the effects of drag force, density gradient, and particle collisions generated by natural sand and plastic sand on flow characteristics under the condition of different sediment concentrations for the case of equilibrium suspended-load transport, so as to determine the degree of influence of various factors in the numerical simulation process on the turbulent flow properties. Results showed that the presence of sediment particles changes the flow velocity, sediment concentration distribution, and turbulent energy distribution, and that such effects strengthen with increase in sediment concentration. The effects of drag force and particle collisions on the resistance coefficient and on flow velocity are dominant. The drag force tends to reduce the resistance coefficient and increase flow velocity, whereas particle collisions produce the opposite effect. The density gradient and particle collisions are the dominant factors affecting the turbulent diffusion coefficient of the suspended load and the vertical distribution of the sediment concentration. However, they produce opposite effects that partially cancel each other. With increase in sediment concentration, the effect of sediment particles on the turbulence of sediment-laden flow increases; the drag force and density gradient inhibit turbulence, and particle collisions promote turbulence.

Vertical dynamic response of end-bearing piles embedded in two-layered soil SCIE

Abstract :

This paper presents a mathematical model for the dynamic analysis of axially loaded end-bearing pile embedded in two-layered viscoelastic soil. The soil layers surrounding the pile are treated as Tajimi-type continua, and the pile is modelled as one-dimensional elastic rod. This allows obtaining rigorous, closed-form expressions for the dynamic pile stiffness and the soil reaction acting along the pile shaft. Predictions of the model are validated against independent results, to demonstrate that the simplifications introduced in the formulation have trivial effect on predictions. The presentation concludes with an investigation on the effects of two-layered soil parameters on the vibration characteristics of end-bearing piles. There we identify under which conditions soil stratigraphy (and not just average soil stiffness) needs to be considered in the dynamic analysis of piles, and provide recommendations for practice.

Flow-Sediment Interaction and Formation Mechanism of Sediment Longitudinal Streaky Structures in Rough Channel Flows SCIE

Abstract :

Bed-load streaky structures are typical bed morphological features, yet its formation mechanism remains unclear. To fill this knowledge gap, flume experiments were conducted to quantitatively identify the characteristics of turbulent coherent structures, sediment particle movement, and bed surface structure. An innovative workflow was established that combines the particle tracking velocimetry method with the Kalman filter algorithm, specifically for identifying the trajectories of sediment particles on the bed surface. Feature matching velocity was applied to acquire the flow surface field and structure-from-motion (SFM) was used to reconstruct the three-dimensional bed topography. All the flow velocity, sediment movement, and bedforms show streaky features in the streamwise direction at 0. 0680.113. The instantaneous turbulence properties of turbulent flow and sediment movement in the spanwise direction disappear, and fixed time-averaged streaky structures are formed. The streaky structures have larger characteristic scales (width and spanwise distance) in the middle of the channel than those near the sidewalls. The spanwise distance between adjacent streaky structures remains about twice the whole flow depth. Finally, this study proposes a formation mechanism based on fluid-sediment interactions, offering innovative measurement and analysis methods that can significantly contribute to understanding these interactions.

Experimental-Numerical Analysis of Particle Migration and Internal Erosion in Weathered Granite Soils

Abstract :

Weathered soil, as the primary source material in granite-like binary-structure slopes, plays a critical role in slope stability. Understanding its internal erosion characteristics is essential for elucidating the failure modes and sliding mechanisms of granite slopes. Under groundwater seepage, internal erosion in weathered granite soil involves processes such as fine particle migration and clogging. In this study, model tests and numerical simulations were conducted to investigate particle migration by examining particle velocity, displacement, loss, and changes in porosity within the seepage zone. The results reveal the evolutionary process of internal erosion in weathered granite soil and the multi-scale transport behaviour of fine particles. Under seepage, fine particles migrated through pore spaces between the particle skeletons. When obstructed by the skeletal framework or bedrock surface, particle movement slowed, leading to siltation and clogging. During seepage, the rate of particle loss decreased progressively over time. The greatest loss occurred within the first hour, with over 90% of the migrating particles consisting of clay and fine sand (0.25 mm <= d). Particle displacement originated in structurally weaker regions of the soil, and the erosion extent expanded as seepage continued. The migration of soil particles altered the internal structure, affecting both porosity and permeability. This study provides new insights into the mechanisms of internal erosion in weathered granite soil, providing a theoretical basis for predicting slope instability and mitigating geohazards.

基于无人机的长河段表面流场测量技术应用分析

Abstract :

为提高表面流速测量结果的精确度,提出一种基于计算机视觉的无人机测量流域大尺度表面流场的方法。该方法利用无人机高清航摄获取研究区域河流段图像,基于FMV特征点识别与匹配,将相邻两帧运动图像分别进行相关运算获得瞬时二维流场。之后根据图像位置信息转换为实际坐标系流场,拼接插值后得到长河段表面流场速度分布。结果表明,该方法可以有效地获得大面积瞬时流场数据,为传统流速测量技术难以解决的问题提供了新的解决方案。

无人机航拍航道异物检测及定位算法

Abstract :

为解决传统航道人工巡检异物检测方法精度低、速度慢、成本高等问题,采用无人机航拍获取航道及异物图片;首先提出一种基于改进YOLOv5s(You Only Look Once version 5 small)的检测模型对五类航道异物进行识别,该改进算法添加了 SE注意力机制以提高模型对重要特征的关注权重,同时采用Focal-EIOU Loss替换原有损失函数,改进后模型的精准率、召回率、mAP分别提高了 3.8、6.3、5.8个百分点;其次为实现异物精准定位,提出一种算法结合图片信息和YOLOv5识别定位数据,并通过坐标变换以得出航道异物的坐标信息,与实际测量结果误差在±5 m范围内;最后利用改进的检测模型与定位算法对福建宁德地区闽江河段的航拍图片进行识别、定位,结果表明模型对航道异物有较好的识别效果,定位较为精准.
