Abstract :
Q245R steel has good heat and corrosion resistant and is used in various applications, such as reactors, regenerators, reformed gas steam generators, and other equipment. In this study, the creep behaviour of Q245R steel at the temperature of 550 degrees C is investigated. In addition to the modified Kachanov-Robotnov (K-R) method, the traditional and modified ? projection methods were employed to establish the creep constitutive equations of Q245R steel. The results revealed that at small strains, the creep prediction curve was in good agreement with the test curve, and the prediction accuracy of the modified ? projection method was better than that of the other two models.

开展了347L不锈钢材料紧凑拉伸试样在不同厚度及裂纹长度下的断裂韧性试验研究,并通过有限元分析了上述试样的拘束水平,建立了表观断裂韧度JQ0.2BL与裂尖拘束Q的关联方程.结果表明:试样的断裂韧性JQ0.2BL值随试样厚度增大而减小,1C(T)试样的J-R曲线基本不随初始裂纹长度改变而发生变化,受初始裂纹长度影响的1/2C(T)试样的JQ0.2BL值随裂尖Q减小而增大.研究结果对于材料断裂韧性测试以及含缺陷结构安全评价具有参考意义.

Abstract :
The high-temperature mechanical properties of 310S stainless steel were investigated by uniaxial tensile tests and small punch tests at the temperature from 20celcius to 600celcius, and the relationship between the mechanical properties (sigma YS ,sigma UTS) and the characteristic loads (Fy, Fm) was established. The results revealed that with increasing temperature, the mechanical properties of 310S decrease, and the characteristic loads obtained by Fy_Mao, Fy_EN and Fy_E3205 are more appropriate for determining the yield strength of materials at high temperatures particularly for Fy_E3205. The fracture pattern observed in the SPT specimens indicated a mixed tough-brittle fracture accompanied by the characteristics of cleavage fracture. Additionally, the ultimate tensile strength of the material and the maximum load Fm increased slightly at 400 celcius compared to 300 celcius due to the precipitation of a large number of granular carbides and the increase in the grain size.

本实用新型提出小型雾化器一体化开发平台,用于分析雾化器雾化过程,所述开发平台包括电源、控制模块和与控制模块相连的激光粒度测试仪、设于小型雾化器旁且带微距镜头的高速摄影机;所述控制模块经高速摄影机采集雾化器雾化器件对液体破碎雾化的动态过程影像,经激光粒度测试仪统计雾化器雾化后所得粒子的雾滴粒子数据,并将动态过程影像、雾滴粒子数据传输至外部分析平台;所述小型雾化器由开发平台的电源供电,所述电源包括电压调节模块;本实用新型可用于实现小型雾化器的一体化开发,能够实现小型雾化器雾化的可视化、便捷性测量和优化设计制造,加快小型雾化器的研发效率。

本实用新型提供了一种微通道换热器清洗设备,包括箱体(1)、放置台(3)、换热器本体(4),箱体(1)上部开有凹槽(2),且放置台(3)设置于凹槽(2)底部,换热器本体(4)放置于放置台(3)上;换热器本体(4)沿其一圈外壁分别设有冷进口(31)、冷出口(32)、热进口(34)及热出口(35),连接管(18)靠近换热器本体(4)一端均连接有套筒(5),且套筒(5)内壁均设有环形密封垫,套筒(5)与冷进口(31)、冷出口(32)、热进口(34)及热出口(35)均相适配;应用本技术方案可解决微通道换热器长期使用后微通道内结垢导致换热效率降低甚至堵塞的问题。设备结构简单,清洁彻底,循环清洗节约水资源。

以P91钢为对象,构建宽范围应力区基于蠕变变形机理(CDMWRS)的本构模型,采用ABAQUS软件,结合构建的CDMWRS本构模型,模拟单轴蠕变拉伸试验,并与文献数据进行对比.结果表明:宽范围应力区的不同蠕变变形机理和长期热老化都会对P91钢的蠕变应变率产生较大影响,CDMWRS模型能够较好地描述宽范围应力下P91钢的蠕变第一阶段和第二阶段变形行为,蠕变第三阶段相对偏差较大,主要原因是因为构建的CDMWRS模型未纳入损伤的影响.

Abstract :
The small punch test and uniaxial tensile test of P91 steel were conducted at 600 degrees C, and the reliability of finite element method with the Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman (GTN) damage model was verified by comparing the simulation results with test findings. The effect of small-scale specimen thickness on material properties was investigated through seven different specimens of varying thickness from 0.1 mm to 0.7 mm, using the GTN damage model. Finally, the traditional empirical expression was improved to correlate the small punch test characteristic loads (Fy and Fm) and the material mechanical properties parameters (sigma YS and sigma UTS) at high temperatures. The results showed that the maximum loads of different specimens with varying thickness significantly differ from the 0.5-mm specimen thickness specified in the standard small punch test, and the results of different specimens with varying thickness can be correlated to a 0.5-mm specimen thickness with little modification. The material properties predicted by the improved equations are consistent with experimental results except for sigma UTSwith a 0.1-mm thickness.

With the widespread use of lithium iron phosphate batteries in various industries, the amount of waste lithium iron phosphate batteries is also increasing year by year, and if not disposed of in a timely manner, will pollute the environment and waste a lot of metal resources. In the composition of lithium iron phosphate batteries, the cathode has an abundance of elements. The ultrasonic method is a crucial method to recover waste LiFePO4 batteries. It has the following disadvantages, such as the lack of empirical parameters and suitable research equipment. In order to overcome the inefficiency of the LiFePO4 recycling method, the airborne bubble dynamical mechanism of ultrasound in the removal of lithium phosphate cathode material was studied by a high-speed photographic observation and Fluent simulation and the disengagement process. Mainly aimed at the parameters such as action time, power, frequency, and action position in the detachment process were optimized. The recovery efficiency of lithium iron phosphate reached 77.7%, and the recovered lithium iron phosphate powder has good electrochemical properties, with the first charge-discharge ratio of up to 145 (mAh)/g. It is shown that the new disengagement process established in this study was adopted for the recovery of waste LiFePO4.

通过对Q245R钢在550℃不同应力条件下进行高温蠕变试验,并根据试验获得的数据,建立该材料的蠕变本构方程,最后将建立的蠕变本构方程用于仿真一台在役催化裂化再生器筒体的蠕变.结果表明,该材料高温单轴拉伸的材料力学性能与常温差别较大,试验得到了该材料的蠕变Norton幂律本构方程,并判断出其在550℃下的蠕变机制主要为位错攀移;有限元仿真知最大蠕变变形发生在接管与筒体相贯处筒体母线上,离相贯点约为600 mm,最大蠕变变形量为91.3 mm,与现场实测相近,说明建立的蠕变本构模型和有限元仿真是有效的,可为再生器的安全服役提供数据基础和参考价值.

Abstract :
The small punch test (SPT) can be very convenient to obtain mechanical properties due to its unique advantages from small-volume samples, and has gained wide popularity and appreciation among researchers. In this paper, the SPT test and finite element (FE) simulations were performed for three alloys, and the yield stresses (sigma(YS)) and ultimate tensile strengths (sigma(UTS)) from the uniaxial tensile test (UTT) were correlated with the yield force (F-y) and maximum force (F-m) of the small punch test (SPT) before and after compliance calibration. Finally, the effect of specimen size on the SPT curves was discussed. The results showed that the deviation between SPT test and FE simulation was due to the loading system stiffness, which was confirmed by the loading system compliance calibration test. The SPT curves before and after calibration have less influence on the empirical correlation results for sigma(UTS), while the correlation results for sigma(YS) depend on the method used to determine F-y in the SPT curve. Finally, the simulation results indicated that the effect of specimen size on the force-displacement curve in the SPT is slight. This work also provides a reference for subsequent researchers to conduct empirical correlation studies using different specimen sizes.
