Abstract :
在水溶液中合成了含2,3-吡嗪二羧酸配体的3个镉配位聚合物,{[Cd(pzdc)(2,2′-bpy)]·H2O}n(1),{[Cd(pzdc)(2,2′-bpy)]2H2O}n(2)和{[Cd(pzdc)(H2O)2].2H2O}n(3)。配合物1属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群;配合物2为单斜晶系,P21/n空间群;配合物3为单斜晶系,P21/c空间群。每个pzdc配体通过4个配位原子与3个金属Cd配位,在配合物1和2中形成了具有(4,82)网格状的二维平面构型,而在配合物3中得到了一维链状和氢键3D网络结构。尽管配合物1和2的分子只是结晶水分子数目存在差异,且具有相同的(4,82)网格状二维平...

Abstract :
The title complex, [Cd(C6H2N2O4)(H2O)(3)](n), is a new monoclinic polymorph. The orthorhombic form has previously been reported [Ma et al. (2006). Acta Cryst. E62, m2528-m2529]. The Cd-N and Cd-O bond lengths range from 2.265 (3) to 2.333 (3) angstrom; a weak Cd-O interaction is also present, the interatomic distance being 2.658 (4) angstrom. The Cd-II ions, which have a distorted pentagonal-bipyramidal geometry, are bridged by pyrazine-2,3-dicarboxylato ligands, forming a zigzag chain structure. The chains are connected by O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional framework.

Three Cd coordination polymers with 2,3-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid (pzdc) and N-donor ligand, {[Cd(pzdc) (2,2'-bpy)] center dot H2O}(n) (1), {[Cd(pzdc)(2,2'-bpy)] center dot 2H(2)O}(n) (2) and {[Cd(pzdc) (H2O)(2)] center dot 2H(2)O}(n) (3), have been synthesized and characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2(l)/c with a=1.082 47(8) nm, b=1.443 01(9) nm, c=1.025 87(7) nm, beta=98.433(3)degrees, V=1.585 10(19) nm(3); complex 2 belongs to monoclinic, space group P2(l)/n. with a=1.171 9(5) nm, b=1.191 8(4) nm, c=1.359 5(6) nm, beta=110.474(17)degrees, V=1.778 9(13) nm(3); complex 3 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2(l)/c with a=0.669 54(3) nm, b=0.773 24(3) nm, c=2.070 60(12) nm, beta=93.050 4(16)degrees, V=1.070 46 (9) nm(3). The X-ray diffraction structure analysis indicates that the pzdc ligand in these complexes is coordinated to three Cd atoms through its four donors, forming a (4,8(2)) net 2D network structure in 1 and 2, while obtaining a ID chain and hydrogen bonding 3D structure in 3. Complexes I and 3 both exhibit photoluminescent emissions at 415 nm (lambda(ex)=313 nm). CCDC: 673389, 1; 673390, 2; 673391, 3.

Abstract :
A lead(II) orotate complex [Pb(HOr)(H2O)](n) (1), (H3Or = orotic acid) was synthesized under hydrothermal condition and characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR, solid-state photoluminescence and thermogravimetric analysis. Lead atom in 1 is in a holodirected eight-coordinated polyhedron and the orotate ligand exhibits a new and unique hexametallic coordination mode. The lead complex shows a 6,6-connected (4(8), 6(6).8)(4(13).6(2)) topology. The complex exhibits photoluminescence at 546 nm (lambda(ex) = 350 nm). (c) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

Abstract :
Six title copper(II)/zinc(II) coordination polymers have been synthesized, using the metal salt with different oxidation states (Cu(NO3)(2)/CuBr2/CuI/Zn(OAc)(2)), dicarboxylate ligand (2,3-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (pydc) or 2,3-pyrazinedicarboxylic acid (pzdc)) and the auxiliary ligand (2,2'-bpy, phen or 4,4'-bpy). The dicarboxylate ligand (pydc or pzdc) bridges two neighboring metal atoms to form a 1D chain in complexes 1, 2. 3, 4 and 6 and 2D network in 5, respectively. There are an extended 3D metal-organic framework in 1-5 and an extended 2D network in 6, respectively. The magnetic properties and phololuminescent property of some title complexes were investigated. Abstract :
In the title centrosymmetric binuclear complex, [Cu-2(C14H11N2O3) 2(H2O)(2)](NO3)(2), the two metal centres are bridged by the phenolate O atoms of the ligand, forming a Cu2O2 quadrangle. Each Cu atom has a distorted square-pyramidal geometry, with the basal donor atoms coming from the O,N,O '-tridentate ligand and a symmetry-related phenolate O atom. The more weakly bound apical donor O atom is supplied by a coordinated water molecule. When a further weak Cu center dot center dot center dot O interaction with the 4-hydroxy O atom of a neighbouring cation is considered, the extended coordination sphere of the Cu atom can be described as distorted octahedral. This interaction leads to two-dimensional layers, which extend parallel to the (100) direction. The two-dimensional polymeric structure contrasts with other reported structures involving salicylaldehyde benzoylhydrazone ligands, which are usually discrete mono- or dinuclear Cu complexes. The nitrate anions are involved in a three-dimensional hydrogen-bonding network, featuring intermolecular N - H center dot center dot center dot O and O - H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds.

采用新的水溶性吲哚类同型二聚体探针Ⅰ,建立了一种新的蛋白质荧光分析体系.在酸性条件下,蛋白质分子能与吲哚探针发生结合作用,体系荧光明显增强并向长波方向发生红移,荧光强度与蛋白质质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,在最优条件下,牛血清白蛋白BSA的线性响应范围0.80~25.00 μg/mL,检出限(3σ/K)为0. μg/mL;用于模拟样品的测定,1.00,2.00和5.00 μg/mL的样品测定回收率为99.0%~102.0%,相对标准偏差1.8%~2.8%;与国家标准方法比较,结果测定偏差为1.0%~4.1%.
