Abstract :

As a unique and important part of traditional Chinese culture, martial arts culture has found a new form of expression in Chinese martial arts games. Both Cyberpunk culture and martial arts culture praise the spirit of fighting against established rules. This resonance will provide the possibility of integrating Cyberpunk style into Chinese martial arts games. In this paper, we analyze the application of Cyberpunk style in games, analyze the characteristics of costume design of characters in Chinese martial arts games, and summarize the design principles and methods of integrating Cyberpunk elements in costume design of characters in Chinese martial arts games, to provide players with brand new ways of experiencing. It also allows Chinese martial arts culture to be interpreted and appreciated in a new way on a global scale, enhancing its vitality and influence.

Abstract&Keyword Cite

Abstract :

With the rising exposure of preschoolers to the Internet and digital technology, they encounter more intricate safety risks. Consequently, effectively teaching safety to preschoolers has become pressing. Educational games, being innovative educational tools, captivate children's interest, foster motivation to learn, and offer a conducive learning setting. Cognitive learning theory, serving as the foundation for educational game design, stresses active learner participation, knowledge construction, and metacognitive skill development. Consequently, integrating cognitive learning theory into safety educational games for preschoolers is anticipated to improve educational outcomes and user engagement. This study aims to investigate how cognitive learning theory is utilized in safety education games for preschoolers, analyzing its effects on game functions, user experience, and educational outcomes. Implementing cognitive learning theory can improve the efficacy of safety education for preschoolers, offering valuable guidance and support for game design and educational implementation. This holds immense importance in bolstering safety awareness and self-protection skills among preschoolers, offering an innovative educational approach for their secure development.

Abstract :

This study aims to explore the application of game ranking mechanisms in the evaluation of skill-based courses in higher education. As skill-based courses become increasingly important in higher education, effectively assessing student learning outcomes in these courses has emerged as a critical issue. The game ranking mechanism, an evaluation method based on achievements and progress, has been widely used in the gaming industry. This research investigates the potential value and application models of game ranking mechanisms in the evaluation of skill-based courses in universities, proposing an evaluation framework based on this mechanism. The goal is to stimulate students' learning motivation, provide personalized evaluation feedback, and promote self-directed learning and growth. Experiments are conducted on the design and implementation standards of the mechanism and students' acceptance of it. This offers a new perspective and method for evaluating skill-based courses in universities, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of evaluations and boost students' learning motivation.

Abstract :

Lighting design significantly influences the user's ability to gather environmental information. Excellent lighting design can provide users with a more comfortable environment for exploration, thereby enhancing the user's overall gaming experience, stimulating their curiosity, and encouraging their exploration. Drawing on James Gibson's Ecological Optics and B.J Fogg's Behavioral Model as theoretical foundations, this paper explores how lighting design influences user interaction behavior in deciphering games. This paper explores the effects of lighting design on games from different perspectives, which finally provides valuable insights to assist in the lighting design for deciphering games.

Abstract :

Games have become an indispensable form of entertainment for people; Chinese ink and wash, with its style and unique local characteristics, has increasingly become an elegant spiritual connotation. Utilizing the combination of the two qualities, excellent games can create new ideas and bring players different experiences and attractions. In this paper, based on the analysis of ink and wash characteristics, centering on the design of weapon striking effects in wuxia games, we further explore the advantages of ink and wash style in the use of this kind of content and re-creation ideas. In game design, the use of ink elements can give it humanistic and cultural value, bring new development space for the future of the game, and also better inherit the ink culture.

Abstract :

With the development of e-sports, the market scale of MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) games continues to grow. The popularity of MOBA games can not be separated from its core mechanism. Players use different types of characters with different tactics in the game process, and the diversified character design enriches the fun of MOBA games. Tank-type character is one of the main character types in MOBA games and plays an important role in the game process. In this paper, through quantitative analysis, the morphological features of tank-type characters in the mainly popular MBOA game products are analyzed. By comparing the morphological features used in this type of character design, the image of tank-type characters in MOBA games that meet users' needs is studied to provide a theoretical basis for the design method of tank-type characters in MOBA games. © 2021 IEEE.

Abstract&Keyword Cite

Abstract :

Accompanying with the advent of Information Communication Technology and its common usage in daily lives, design business has then encountered a new challenge by adapting these changes into business implementation concern. This paper aims to provide a creative and effective design process by examining current interior design business and its relationships with design management. Major noticeable issues are aroused by re-considering roles between clients, involved designers and design managers. Apparently, relationship between client and designer is changing dynamically over the course of design process particularly under today's communicational ways. This paper focuses mainly on the use of changing and applicable modes that not only supports design process to be more creative but also assists design process to be further effective by implementing design management at internal level. Through exploring existing difficulties of communications and potentialities in the design phases, this paper proposes a conceptual framework attempting to employ Information Communication Technology into business implementation based on theory of Participatory Design where creative design processes and management could both meet better outcome for interior design practice as well as to achieve a sustainable business model.

Abstract :

MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) is an innovative research field with high-speed development in education gamification in recent years, which has encountered a lot of problems in the development that the learners' learning persistence is not strong, dropout rates are high, it is lack of interaction and teaching cannot be personalized. There are some researches of different platform design based on the aspects of learning theory, teaching implementation process, but the researches are from the practice of platform design and the study of the key elements are giving priority to theoretical analysis, lacking practical maneuverability reference. This paper uses the gamification thinking, mainly explores the application of the game feedback system in MOOC system and summarizes the unique charm of gamification of the existing interactive media products, trying to learn how to put education essence gamification applications on the MOOC platform design and development. The research mainly focuses on the quantization and reward mechanism in the game feedback mechanism and draws the effectiveness of its form to explore the balance between learning and gamification. © 2019 IEEE.
