氧化铜矿硫化浮选技术与机理及强化措施研究进展

为了解氧化铜矿硫化浮选的技术应用与硫化机理研究现状,针对如何强化氧化铜矿硫化浮选回收效果,从氧化铜矿的硫化方式、硫化作用机理、硫化影响因素等方面展开了综述,总结分析了氧化铜矿浮选药剂强化硫化浮选的措施与机制.针对如何精准调控氧化铜矿分段硫化浮选生产过程中存在的问题,提出应对分段硫化过程中矿物表面硫化相的微观与定量生长机制进行深入研究,并结合矿石分选实践,建立氧化铜矿分段硫化浮选的大数据库,为基因矿物加工工程在氧化铜矿硫化浮选方面研究提供数据参考.

混合捕收剂浮选分离一水硬铝石与高岭石的机理研究

Abstract :

为了解决低品位铝土矿石正浮选脱硅过程中传统捕收剂油酸钠使用效果欠理想问题,研究以铝土矿中常见代表性铝硅矿物一水硬铝石和高岭石为分离对象,开展了油酸钠与油酸钠+椰油酰甘氨酸钠捕收一水硬铝石和高岭石纯矿物试验,以及浮选分离一水硬铝石与高岭石人工混合矿试验,量化了单一捕收剂与混合捕收剂的浮选性能差异,最后通过接触角测试、Zeta电位测试、红外光谱分析和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析等手段揭示了捕收剂与矿物表面的作用机理.浮选试验表明:在矿浆pH=10,油酸钠+椰油酰甘氨酸钠混合摩尔比为 1∶1、用量为 3×10-4 mol/L条件下,一水硬铝石与高岭石纯矿物浮选回收率差异达 83.86 个百分点,人工混合矿(一水硬铝石与高岭石的质量比为2∶1)浮选精矿铝硅比由7.16 提高到8.93,Al2O3 回收率由77.27%提高到82.94%,达到了较好的分选效果.机理分析表明:油酸钠+椰油酰甘氨酸钠在一水硬铝石表面的吸附作用比油酸钠更强,椰油酰甘氨酸钠可以促进油酸钠在一水硬铝石表面的吸附,阻碍油酸钠在高岭石表面的吸附,从而可以改善一水硬铝石与高岭石的浮选分离效果.

Interaction between typical anions/cations and structural differences in crystal structure of magnesite in flotation systems EI CSCD PKU

Abstract :

Magnesite in nature mainly exists in two structures, crystalline and cryptocrystalline. The difference in crystal structure causes minerals to exhibit different surface properties, such as solubility and hydrophobicity, during the flotation process. In the flotation process, the commonly used anion and cation regulators will promote different interactions between the two crystalline structures magnesite and the collector, but the specific influence mechanism on the two crystal structures is not clear. In this paper, the effects of anions and cations, such as Fe3+, Ca2+ , SiO23- and CO23-, on the floatability of two crystalline magnesites were studied under the action of dodecamine cation collector and sodium oleate anion collector. The results show that Fe3+ has obvious inhibitory effect on minerals in dodecamine system, the recovery rates of crystalline magnesite and cryptocrystalline magnesite decrease by 70% and 10%, respectively. Ca2+, SiO23- and CO23- have certainly activating effects, among which CO23- has the strongest effect, and the recovery rates of two crystalline magnesites increases by 70% and 40%, respectively. In the sodium oleate system, Fe3+ and Ca2+ have inhibitory effects on the flotation of minerals, the recovery rates of the two minerals decreases by 55% and 20%, respectively, when Fe3+ is reacted. Ca2+ and Mg2+ have the activating effect on the surface of minerals, and the recovery rates of crystalline and cryptocrystalline magnesite increase by 10% and 25%, respectively. The different crystalline structures of magnesite affect its flotation characteristics under ionic conditions. The addition of CO23- will promote the adsorption of sodium oleate on the surface of the mineral, thereby improve the recovery rates of the minerals. The addition of Fe3+ will promote the dissolution of magnesite and form a hydration layer on the surface of the particles, hinder the adsorption of collectors on the surface of the particles, thereby reduce the recovery rates of minerals. © 2024 Central South University of Technology. 这是一篇工艺矿物学领域的论文.山东某金矿石含金 2.0 g/t,含硫 1.56%,属于典型低硫含金矿石.选厂采用浮选工艺回收金,金的回收率为 90%,尾矿金品位 0.17 g/t.为进一步降低尾矿中金的流失,提高浮选指标,采用MLA结合传统工艺矿物学手段查明金的流失原因.研究表明:主要的金属矿物为磁黄铁矿和黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要为长石和石英;脉石连生金及脉石包裹金占 77.29%,粒度主要分布在-0.01 mm,这部分采用浮选工艺很难回收;金属硫化物连生金、金属硫化物包裹金及单体金占 22.71%,流失不合理.基于尾矿工艺矿物学分析,下一步应该重点研究磨矿分级,降低有用矿物过磨程度,达到提高浮选指标的目的.

福建某含铜锌高硫多金属金矿石低碱浮选工艺研究

福建某含铜锌高硫多金属金矿石金品位4.45 g/t、银品位60.10 g/t、铜品位0.47%、锌品位2.96%、含硫8.56%.为提高资源利用率,在原矿工艺矿物学基础上进行浮选试验研究,加入HS-1和HZ-1作为黄铁矿与闪锌矿的选择性抑制剂,减少石灰用量,实现低碱条件下铜、锌、硫分离.试验结果表明:金主要富集在高铜金精矿与含锌金精矿中,高铜金精矿金品位35.47 g/t、银品位614.17 g/t、铜品位5.69%;含锌金精矿金品位14.36 g/t、锌品位16.07%;金、银、铜、锌4种金属的总回收率分别达到91.39%、83.95%、87.11%和76.38%,资源得到充分利用,有效提高了企业经济效益.

Selective depression of phenoxyacetyl chloride on magnesite: Implications for effective flotation separation of magnesite from dolomite SCIE

Abstract :

In order to improve the flotation separation of magnesite from dolomite effectively, the organic regulator, phenoxyacetyl chloride (POC), was first introduced as a selective depressant of magnesite, with dodecylamine (DDA) as the collector. The results of single mineral flotation showed that POC could selectively inhibit magnesite but hardly affect dolomite. The results of reverse flotation of a synthetic mixture of magnesite and dolomite were basically consistent with those of single mineral flotation. With DDA as the collector and POC as the depressant, dolomite floated selectively against magnesite. Magnesite and dolomite could be efficiently separated at pH 8.00 with a reagent scheme of 0.50 mg/mL POC and 30.00 mg/L DDA. When the mixed ore for the synthetic mineral, grading 42.60 % MgO and 2.84 % CaO, a magnesite concentrate with 46.85 % MgO and 0.45 % CaO was achieved. Contact angle, Zeta potential, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and DFT analyses showed that POC selectively adsorbed on the surface of magnesite, by chelating Mg on the surface of magnesite. The results from the contact angle tests indicated that POC selectively reduced the surface hydrophobicity of magnesite in the DDA system. Besides, Zeta-potential measurements and FTIR analyses revealed that the addition of POC prior to DDA had no significant impact on the adsorption of DDA onto dolomite; the addition of POC strongly prevented DDA from being adsorbed onto magnesite, resulting in a significant difference in the flotation performances of the two minerals. Furthermore, XPS analyses and DFT calculations confirmed that the adsorption of POC on the magnesite surface could be attributed to the interaction between the POC electron-rich groups and the Mg exposed to magnesite, POC could be used as a high-performance inhibitor for the magnesite flotation to realize the decalcificationic. Based on these experimental results, a possible model for the flotation separation process of magnesite has been proposed.

Abstract :

In order to effectively eliminate the effect of fine carbonate minerals on quartz flotation, the influence of fine siderite on quartz flotation was studied as well as the mechanism or role of ultrasonic treatment in the process. The results of adsorption capacity measurement and flotation solution chemical calculation show that fine siderite and its dissolved components have a great influence on the collector consumption and the surface properties of quartz. In addition, SEM, EDS and XPS analysis were used to study the surface morphology and chemical environment changes of quartz with and without ultrasonic treatment. The results of flotation test show that the recovery of quartz increase from 38.79% to 58.38% under the condition that ultrasonic time was 0.5 min and ultrasonic power was 200 W. The mechanical effect caused by ultrasonic cavitation can clean the quartz surface to a certain extent and increase its active sites, thus improving the floatability of quartz.

为提高硅孔雀石浮选回收率,通过单矿物浮选试验,研究了异戊基黄药与水杨羟肟酸对硅孔雀石硫化浮选行为的影响,通过接触角测试、Zeta电位测试、红外光谱分析等手段对药剂与硅孔雀石表面的作用机理进行了分析.结果表明,组合捕收剂的作用效果好于单一捕收剂,可以将硅孔雀石的浮选回收率提高了18.82个百分点;组合捕收剂会使矿物表面接触角增大,负电性增强,使得药剂在矿物表面产生更强的化学吸附,从而提高了硅孔雀石的浮选回收率.

Abstract :

Under the flotation system of dodecylamine collector, the effects of acetylacetone on desilication and decalcification from magnesite by one-step reverse flotation were investigated through the flotation test of single mineral and artificial mixed ore. The mechanisms of acetylacetone on flotation desilication and decalcification of magnesite were discussed through the analysis of mineral surface Zeta potential and infrared spectra before and after the action of reagent. The results show that acetylacetone has a certain inhibitory effect on magnesite, but has no obvious effect on dolomite and quartz. Acetylacetone has a good separation effect on reverse flotation desilication and decalcification of magnesite. Acetylacetone forms more magnesium containing complexes on the surface of magnesite than on the surface of dolomite. The adsorption capacity is large and stable, which enhances the positive electricity of the mineral surface, and is not conducive to the adsorption of collector dodecylamine on the surface of magnesite, resulting in strong inhibition of magnesite. Acetylacetone hardly adsorbs on the surface of quartz, it does not affect the adsorption of dodecylamine on the surface of quartz. © 2022, China Science Publishing & Media Ltd. All right reserved.

磨矿过程会使矿浆溶液中离子的种类及含量发生较大变化,进而对矿物浮选溶液化学性质及其可浮性产生难免影响.通过磨矿试验、原生离子和新生阳离子含量检测试验、单矿物浮选试验和浮选溶液化学计算,考察了不同磨矿体系下新生阳离子的存在行为及其对黄铜矿可浮性的影响.结果表明:黄铜矿不同磨矿体系下矿浆溶液中存在的新生阳离子为Cu2+、Fe2+和Fe3+,且干式磨矿体系下产生的新生阳离子含量高于湿式磨矿体系;适量的Fe2+和Cu2+在黄铜矿表面能够形成新的活性位点,可增强黄铜矿表面与丁胺黑药的键合作用,从而提高黄铜矿的可浮性;适量的Fe3+在pH值为5~7时对黄铜矿有轻微活化作用,但过量的Fe3+会增大Fe(OH)3(aq)和Fe(OH)4-组分在溶液中的含量,使得矿物表面亲水性增强,从而对黄铜矿产生抑制作用.研究结果可为黄铜矿不同磨矿体系的选择及其对浮选环境的调控提供一定的借鉴.
