Abstract :
采用反应精馏技术以乙二醇和乙酸为原料,NKC-9树脂为催化剂,通过酯化反应合成乙二醇二乙酸酯.运用Aspen Plus对反应精馏工艺进行模拟,详细考察理论板数、回流比、进料配比等因素对反应精馏塔性能的影响,从而获得适宜的工艺操作参数.结果表明:在精馏段、反应段和提馏段理论板数分别为3、7、5,进料酸醇比为2.6:1,回流比为1.1,塔顶采出进料摩尔比为0.53的工艺条件下乙二醇的转化率达99.9%,乙二醇二乙酸酯的收率达99.9%.模拟结果对反应精馏合成乙二醇二乙酸酯的工艺设计和过程优化具有重要指导意义.

Abstract :
本发明公开了一种低温体系提取琼脂的方法,其通过如下步骤实现:1.红藻洗净、晒干、搅碎;2.配制碱 尿素水溶液,并冷却至一定温度,形成低温溶解体系;3.把红藻加入该溶解体系中保持一定温度搅拌一段时间,使得红藻中琼脂溶解于该低温溶解体系中;4.将反应液在低温下过滤,收集滤液用稀酸滴至弱酸性;5.将得到的滤液于低温下冷冻一段时间后,析出琼脂;6.过滤、清水洗涤滤饼至中性后烘干得到琼脂产品。该方法通过碱 尿素低温溶解体系将红藻中主要成分琼脂分离出来,克服了传统琼脂提取步骤繁琐、提取时间长、耗水、耗能的不足;运用低温提取琼脂方法,方法简便易行、步骤少、提取时间短、节水节能并且琼脂提取率较高。

Abstract :
In this paper, isobaric (vapor + liquid) equilibrium (VLE) data for the binary system methanol + 2-butyl alcohol and the quaternary system methyl acetate + methanol + 2-butyl alcohol + 2-butyl acetate were determined at P = 101.33 kPa in a modified Rose still. The binary VLE data were found to be thermodynamic consistency by the Herrington method. The VLE data for the binary system were correlated by the Wilson and NRTL equations respectively, which were used to predict the VLE data of the quaternary system. The results showed that the Wilson and NRTL models matched well with the (vapor + liquid) phase equilibrium data. The deviations for the vapor-phase compositions and the equilibrium temperatures are reasonably small and the models are both suitable for these systems. (C) 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

碳酸二乙酯(Diethyl carbonate,DEC)是一种绿色环保的化工产品,用途广泛,具有良好的工业应用价值.为避免传统工艺副产物多、产物难分离等问题,采用碳酸丙烯酯一步法合成碳酸二乙酯,并将反应精馏技术应用于碳酸丙烯酯与乙醇酯交换反应生产碳酸二乙酯工艺中.以乙醇钠为催化剂条件下碳酸丙烯酯酯交换反应动力学为基础,应用Aspen Plus软件对反应精馏过程进行模拟,分别探讨了反应精馏塔精馏段、反应段和提馏段理论板数、醇酯进料比、操作回流比和塔顶采出进料摩尔比对碳酸丙烯酯转化率的影响,从而确定适宜的工艺条件:反应精馏塔的精馏段、反应段、提馏段理论板数分别为2、8、8;醇酯比为8;操作回流比R为6.7;塔顶采出进料摩尔比为0.71.在此工艺条件下碳酸丙烯酯的转化率为79.54%.模拟结果对反应精馏合成碳酸二乙酯的工艺设计和过程优化具有重要指导意义.

In the title compound, C14H26ClN5, the triazine ring is almost planar and both pendant alkyl chains are disordered; the site occupancy ratios are 0.5:0.5 for the tert-butyl chain and approximately 0.6:0.4 for the n-propyl chain. The crystal packing is consolidated by N - H...N hydrogen bonds, resulting in infinite chains propagating along [001].

The title compound, C15H26ClN5O, was synthesized by the reaction of 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine with 2,4,4-trimethylpentan-2-amine and morpholine. The triazine ring is planar and the morpholine ring displays a typical chair conformation. Intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonding is present in the crystal structure.

对某企业的高浓度氰化物废水提出采用沉淀-碱性氯化法解决方案.首先通过补充适量的亚铜离子使高浓度氰化物废水形成氰化亚铜沉淀,过滤后的滤液再用次氯酸钠氧化,废水达标排放,废渣回收利用.试验确定了处理高浓度氰化物废水最佳的操作条件为:当进水水质CN-的质量浓度为71 000mg/L时,亚硫酸过量14%,次氯酸钠投加量为废水中总氰的30倍,沉淀反应终点为pH值3.5,出水中CN-的质量浓度不大于0.1 mg/L.实际应用证明该方案是切实可行的,不仅安全、简单,而且时间短、费用低.

采用化学合成法制备了马索尔内酯,通过实验我们发现无法通过溴化-脱溴的方法在癸内酯的环上引入双键来制备马索尔内酯,但是同时我们也确定了另外一条以癸内酯为起始原料合成的工艺路线即先将癸内酯硫苯化得到硫苯内酯,再通过氧化脱硫苯得到马索尔内酯,并对工艺条件如反应的温度、时间进行了优化研究,得到了较佳的工艺条件。
