基于AHP-熵值法的建筑业BIM推广应用障碍分析

Abstract :

随着传统建筑模式进入发展瓶颈,应用BIM技术提高建筑业信息化水平,成为此行业高度关注的课题。因此,采用主客观结合的方法,结合专家咨询和文献分析,综合运用AHP法和熵值法组合赋权,构建涵盖人员、成本、技术等5个准则层因素、24个指标层因素的BIM推广应用障碍因素分析模型,对各影响因素进行重要性排序,挖掘影响建筑业BIM有效推广应用排名前六位的因素,为建筑施工企业应用BIM技术提供相关对策建议。

Abstract :

This pedagogical study aimed to demonstrate an updated Building Information Modelling (BIM) educational activity in CEM (i.e., construction engineering and management) students’ final semester project. It investigated students’ perceptions of BIM and the project. Student feedback provided insights for linking education to practice, for example, what caused differences between manual estimates and BIM-generated quantity take-off. Four different project deliverable options demonstrated how educational theories could be embedded in BIM education. The novelty of this study lies in two aspects: firstly, this pedagogical research views the CEM education at the curriculum level by linking earlier years’ core CEM courses into the final project work; secondly, by designing four different options of BIM-related deliverables, subgroup analyses test how different factors, such as teamwork verse individual work, and BIM application level, could affect students’ learning outcomes. The current study also led to more future explorations in research-informed teaching in the CEM curriculum. © 2022 The Author(s). Published by Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

不对称信息下工程供应链赊销交易分析

Abstract :

以一个资金不足的建材供应商与一个建材制造商组成的二级供应链为研究对象,结合激励理论,分别建立工程供应链赊销激励模型和贷款激励模型,分析信息对称与否和是否进行赊销对各决策变量的影响。结果表明:无论赊销与否,相较于信息对称情形,信息不对称将会进一步导致工程供应链最优订货量向下扭曲;与贷款交易相比,赊销交易一定程度上缓解了工程供应链最优订货量的扭曲;在信息不对称情形下,为了甄别建材制造商的真实生产成本,激励建材制造商进行赊销交易扩大商品订货量,从而降低工程供应链滞销风险,建材供应商愿意以牺牲自身利益为代价。

多级工程供应链多边激励机制研究

Abstract :

基于业主、总承包商、分包商之间的多级委托代理关系,分别构建"业主—总承包商"一级激励机制模型和"业主—总承包商—两个分包商"二级激励机制模型,分析信息结构对多级工程供应链中多边决策行为的影响.研究发现:无论是一级激励还是二级激励,多边不对称信息的存在使得总承包商获得信息租金,从而扭曲总承包商工作努力和业主的收益;业主在选择合作伙伴时,委托代理链越长,越要谨慎考察总承包商的能力水平;随着委托代理链的增长,业主和总承包商宁愿降低自身收益,以激励总承包商和分包商努力工作.

Abstract :

为了克服传统卡尔曼滤波(Kalman filter,KF)算法在重构结构未测点响应时,需要已知测量噪声方差和过程噪声方差以及需假定二者为恒值的问题,提出了一种基于移动窗卡尔曼滤波(moving-window Kalman filter,MWKF)算法的结构响应重构方法.该方法的特点在于:无需预先按经验设定测量和过程噪声方差值,利用移动窗技术,首先实时估计二者的数值,然后基于KF算法,利用有限测点的响应信息重构结构未安装传感器位置的响应.以一个平面单跨框架结构为例进行数值模拟和试验分析.分析结果表明:该方法能有效地实时估计测量噪声方差和过程噪声方差,未测点的重构动力响应时程与计算响应时程或者测量响应吻合良好.

Abstract :

This Technical Note serves as one of the first review-based studies by analyzing existing trends of incorporating building information modeling (BIM) into the higher education of architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC)-related disciplines. Assisted by a scientometric review approach, this study identified mainstream journals and conference proceedings publishing BIM educational research outputs and analyzed existing research keywords. The results show that the Journal of Professional Issues in Engineering Education and Practice was ranked as the top journal measured by the number of publications and the total citations received by all articles related to BIM education. However, the Journal of Construction Engineering and Management was the journal with the highest average influence per article despite its small number of publications in BIM education. The keyword analysis through visualized mapping and quantitative analysis revealed that existing BIM educational studies had focused more on construction-related disciplines. Discipline-specific pedagogical activities were reported (e.g., interactive display in construction education), and there had been educational efforts to bridge different AEC disciplines through integrated and collaborative approaches. Several research trends were identified following the keyword analysis, such as the need of incorporating BIM at the program level by extending from a single course (e.g., quantity surveying) and integrating BIM with other digital technologies (e.g., drone). This study reports the state of BIM education literature by providing an overview of the latest trends of adopting BIM in the AEC education. Based on the current review, some continuous work in BIM education is foreseen, including educational innovation addressing both technical and managerial aspects of BIM, as well as the interdisciplinary collaboration to reduce the fragmentation among AEC disciplines.

以工程总承包供应链为研究对象,基于委托代理理论和激励理论,考虑现实生活中供应链参与方动态多期合作的特性,建立工程总承包静态和动态合作模型,探讨不对称信息分别对静态、动态合作下总承包供应链参与方决策结果的影响.研究结果显示:不对称信息的存在会扭曲总承包商的行动,降低工程总承包供应链的运行绩效,而由于动态前后两期的相互制约关系,使得总承包商比静态条件下付出更多的努力,有效地减少了业主在第一期的道德风险损失.

Abstract :

针对结构健康监测中传感器位置优化的问题,提出了一种改进的人工鱼群算法.改进算法采用整数对人工鱼进行编码,改进人工鱼距离的衡量方式,并改进算法的追尾和觅食行为,实现结构传感器位置的最优选择.以一个平面桁架结构为例进行数值模拟分析,验证所改进算法的有效性.仿真结果表明:相比于传统的人工鱼群算法,改进的人工鱼群算法具有更强的寻优搜索性能,收敛速度更快,精度更高,适用于解决土木工程结构中传感器位置的优化问题.

道德风险和逆向选择的共存降低了供应链的效率.因此,针对核心企业缺失的供应链,根据供应链企业竞争与合作的特点,从虚拟第三方的角度建立模型解决该问题.考虑制造商有关于产品成本的私人信息,销售商有关于销售努力的私人信息,结合数量折扣契约和AGV机制的思想,建立双向激励模型,以实现对供应链企业的激励和协调.结果表明,恰当设置利润调整参数可使该契约满足预算平衡约束、激励约束和个体理性约束,且能够实现一体化供应链的交易量,即该契约能对核心企业缺失下供应链中同时存在道德风险和逆向选择的问题进行激励和协调.最后,用数值算例验证了理论结论.

针对不对称信息下代理成本对外包策略的影响,以一个简单二级供应链为研究对象,运用委托代理理论,分别建立制造商和销售商主导激励模型.研究结果表明:当销售努力为不对称信息时,制造商希望聘请销售商来完成销售任务,此时销售商最优的努力水平a*和利润分享比例β*均向下发生了扭曲;而当制造成本为不对称信息且边际收益不低于边际风险成本时,只有在特殊情况下(单位制造成本c很低时),销售商才会愿意自己进行生产,否则其也乐意委托制造商完成分包任务,此时尽管销售商的最优努力水平a**向下发生扭曲,但为了调动制造商的生产积极性,最优的利润分享比例β**向上发生扭曲.最后,通过数值例子证明了结论的有效性.
