Abstract :
Optical reflection anisotropy microscopy mappings of micropipe defects on the surface of a 4H-SiC single crystal are studied by the scanning anisotropy microscopy (SAM) system. The reflection anisotropy (RA) image with a 'butterfly pattern' is obtained around the micropipes by SAM. The RA image of the edge dislocations is theoretically simulated based on dislocation theory and the photoelastic principle. By comparing with the Raman spectrum, it is verified that the micropipes consist of edge dislocations. The different patterns of the RA images are due to the different orientations of the Burgers vectors. Besides, the strain distribution of the micropipes is also deduced. One can identify the dislocation type, the direction of the Burgers vector and the optical anisotropy from the RA image by using SAM. Therefore, SAM is an ideal tool to measure the optical anisotropy induced by the strain field around a defect.

Abstract :
针对医学断层图像层间分辨率较低的问题,提出了基于形变估计与运动补偿的医学CT图像层间超分辨率算法用于生成切片间图像,从而提高层间分辨率。首先利用U-Net对相邻两幅图像作多尺度特征提取与融合;其次,为了处理层间图像的复杂形变,使用基于自适应协作流的变形扭曲模块来实现相邻切片间的双向形变估计,设计层级信息递进融合模块对金字塔特征层进行特征聚合,对生成图进行运动补偿;最后经过后处理网络以减少异常像素点。该算法在两种CT数据集上进行验证,平均PSNR值分别达到了35.59 dB和30.76 dB,输出图能较好地恢复图像细节。与现有的一些方法对比,相关实验证明了该算法的有效性。

Abstract :
Helicity-dependent photocurrent (HDPC) of the topological surface states (TSSs) in the intrinsic magnetic topological insulator MnBi2Te4 is investigated. It is revealed that the HDPC is mainly contributed by the circular photogalvanic effect (CPGE) current when the incident plane is perpendicular to the connection of the two electrodes, while the circular photon drag effect plays the dominant role when the incident plane is parallel to the connection of the two electrodes. The CPGE current shows an odd function dependence on incident angles, which is consistent with the C 3 v symmetry group of the TSSs in MnBi2Te4. The amplitude of the CPGE current increases with the decrease in temperature, which can be attributed to the increase in mobility at low temperatures, confirmed by the transport measurements. Furthermore, we modulate the CPGE of MnBi2Te4 by applying top gate and source-drain voltages. Compared to Bi2Te3 of the same thickness, the CPGE current of MnBi2Te4 can be more effectively tuned by the top gate because the Fermi level of MnBi2Te4 can be effectively regulated by the top gate, and it is tuned across the Dirac point. This work suggests that the intrinsic magnetic topological insulator MnBi2Te4 is a good candidate for designing opto-spintronics devices.

采用化学气相沉积法制备Bi_2(Se_(0.53)Te_(0.47))_3纳米线,利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线能谱仪对其进行表征,并研究样品的圆偏振光致电流效应(circular photogalvanic effect, CPGE).利用1 064 nm激光激发,分别测试激光入射面垂直于纳米线和平行于纳米线时的CPGE电流.实验结果表明,测得的CPGE电流主要来自纳米线的拓扑表面态.激光垂直入射纳米线时的CPGE电流不为0,说明CPGE电流来源于纳米线能带的六角翘曲效应.本研究测得的Bi_2(Se_(0.53)Te_(0.47))_3纳米线的CPGE电流比文献报导的Bi_2(Te_(0.23)Se_(0.77))_3纳米线增大2倍以上,这是因为Te组分的增加不但使得费米能级更加靠近狄拉克点,还降低了纳米线中载流子复合的概率,二者共同作用,使得CPGE电流增大.

Abstract :
Chiral metasurfaces with high quality factors (Q-factors) are a promising platform for achieving chiral optical responses. However, the optical properties of most metasurfaces are fixed once they are fabricated. Here, we study the effect of phase-change material Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST) on the chiral optics of a planar chiral Si metasurface driven by bound states in the continuum (BICs), as the refractive index of the phase-change material changes before and after the phase change. The planar chiral silicon metasurface is capable of generating near-unity (0.99) circular dichroism and giant (0.996) linear dichroism in the infrared region. Notably, phase-change material GST is integrated into the Z-shaped Si metasurfaces. We actively tune the dissipative loss by causing the GST to undergo a phase transition, thereby modulating the optical chirality. In addition, we numerically simulate the effect of the thickness of the phase-change layer and the embedded position on the optical response. Compared with single-functional metasurfaces, this device exhibits better flexibility and more functionalities. It is demonstrated that the optical chirality of the metasurface can be well controlled using the phase-change material GST. © 2024 Optica Publishing Group. Helicity-dependent photocurrent (HDPC) of the surface states in a high-quality topological insulator (Bi0.7Sb0.3)(2)Te-3 nanoplate grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is investigated. By investigating the angle-dependent HDPC, it is found that the HDPC is mainly contributed by the circular photogalvanic effect (CPGE) current when the incident plane is perpendicular to the connection of the two contacts, whereas the circular photon drag effect (CPDE) dominates the HDPC when the incident plane is parallel to the connection of the two contacts. In addition, the CPGE of the (Bi0.7Sb0.3)(2)Te-3 nanoplate is regulated by temperature, light power, excitation wavelength, the source-drain and ionic liquid top-gate voltages, and the regulation mechanisms are discussed. It is demonstrated that (Bi0.7Sb0.3)(2)Te-3 nanoplates may provide a good platform for novel opto-spintronics devices.

提出了一种基于三维拓扑绝缘体Bi_(1.5)Sb_(0.5)Te_(1.8)Se_(1.2)的周期性方环阵列超材料结构。仿真结果表明超材料结构的表面等离子体共振强度随阵列周期和方环内环尺寸的减小而增大,其中,当周期为300 nm或尺寸为25 nm时,可以限制80%的电磁波在表面态上。此外,通过仿真正、斜圆偏振光入射下超材料和非超材料结构的表面电场随偏振态的变化关系,得到了两种结构正、斜入射下的圆二色性;结果表明,超材料结构圆二色性数值为0.92,远大于非超材料结构,并且该超材料结构的圆偏振分量在总偏振光电流分量的占比有显著提升,这是因为有更多的自旋电子被圆偏振光从拓扑表面态激发到体导带上。

Lanthanide-doped upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs)have potential applications in optical and optoelectronic devices due to their novel optical properties. The surface plasmon is an effective method in improving the upconversion luminescence (UCL) properties, and it is essential to tunee the distance between the metal NPs and UCNPs for improving UCL. In this work, the Ag/TiO2/NaGdF4:Er3+/Yb3+/Al3+ composite films were fabricated, and the effect of the TiO2 layer thickness on spectral characteristics in the composite films was investigated. It is shown that the thickness of TiO2 film has a significant effect on the Ag NPs plasma resonance and fluorescence intensity. The maximum upconversion emission enhancement factors of the red and green emission were obtained for the sample with 15-nm-thickness TiO2 under the 980 nm excitation. That is mainly originated from the enhancement of the resonate energy transfer (Yb3+→Er3+) rate under the competition between non-radiative transition and local field effects. © 2022 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

采用化学气相沉积法制备拓扑绝缘体Bi2 Se3纳米线.系统分析生长温度和气体流量对Bi2 Se3纳米线的形貌、晶体质量的影响,并研究Bi2 Se3纳米线的圆偏振光致电流.研究结果表明,Bi2 Se3纳米线的最佳生长温度为530℃,气体流量为30 mL?min-1.通过扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、拉曼等表征手段,表明所生长的Bi2 Se3纳米线具有较高的质量.Bi2 Se3纳米线的光电流随着四分之一波片的变化表明,Bi2 Se3纳米线具有较强的自旋轨道耦合效应.圆偏振光致电流随入射角的增大而减小,这是因为Bi2 Se3的对称性结构为C3V.相比Bi2 Se3薄膜或者Bi2 Se3纳米片,Bi2 Se3纳米线具有更大的CPGE电流,这可能是因为纳米线具有更大的比表面积,可以避免表面态信号淹没在体态信号中.

Abstract :
基于固体物理课程教学的现状,从"心流"理论所倡导的教育观出发,提出将"心流"理论引入到固体物理课程教学中,通过线上线下混合、翻转课堂和研究式学习,引导学生在学习过程中进入"心流"状态,从而使学生在学习过程中体验成长、享受成长.通过"心流"体验使学生感受到学习的乐趣,使学生从被动的接收知识变成主动的探索知识,实现最优的教学效果.通过实证分析证实"心流"理论在教学实践中取得了显著效果.
