Abstract :
It is highly important to determine an appropriate thermal environment for resting and sleeping people from the perspectives of human health, comfort and energy savings. The thermal responses of people lying at rest in various room conditions with self-controlled airflow were studied in the hot-humid area of China. Subjects laid on a bed and were asked to control the fan gear to achieve a certain level of thermal sensation in the tests, during which their subjective responses were collected by a questionnaire. The results confirmed that human thermal comfort could be maintained at air temperatures of 27 -30 degrees C and humidity of 40%-80% when lying at rest in the hot-humid area of China. The air speeds that were required to maintain various thermal sensations changed linearly with room air temperatures. A higher air speed was needed to maintain the same thermal sensation at a higher air temperature or relative humidity (RH). The air speeds for thermal neutrality were between 0.25 m/s (at 27 degrees C and 40% -60% RH) and 1.17 m/s (at 30 degrees C and 60%-80% RH) and between 0.12 m/s and 1.31 m/s to achieve 80% percentages acceptable for thermal, airflow and humidity environments. The neutral air speeds for people lying at rest were 0-0.8 m/s lower than those for people engaged in sedentary activities. The results are beneficial for creating comfortable thermal environments for short rest, pre-sleep and sleep and are applicable for healthy young people living in hot-humid areas. 针对福建省武夷山市城村的古建民居,分别在冬季和夏季进行了室内外建筑物理环境测试.测试内容包括村落室外气象参数、室外风环境、室内热环境和室内光环境等.测试结果表明:城村的主街巷道全年风速适宜,热环境良好.冬季民居大厅白天较舒适,在夜晚偏冷,而卧室全天较为舒适.夏季民居大厅和卧室在夜晚较舒适,而在白天偏热.全年的室内空气湿度都比较高,不利于人体的热舒适.室内平均风速很低,基本无风压和热压通风.大厅采光较为充足,而卧室采光严重不足.相比民居,新宅大厅气温在夜晚较高,新宅卧室气温全天明显较高,而空气湿度则相对较低.针对测试结果,提出了城村民居的改造方案.

福建省三明市桂峰村古建民居,多为清初建筑,具有很高的研究和保护价值.分别在冬季和夏季进行了民居室内外物理环境测试,具体内容包括室外气象参数、村落室外风环境、民居室内热环境和光环境等.测试结果表明,村落冬季室外风速适宜,街巷风环境良好,夏季街巷风速偏小,但村口的休闲亭风速较大,为村民提供了适宜的纳凉聚会场所.冬季,民居大厅和卧室在其主要使用时段较为舒适,达到Ⅱ级热湿环境标准.夏季,民居大厅在白天大部分时段过热,但在夜晚较为舒适,而卧室全天较舒适,达到Ⅱ级热湿环境标准.朝向对民居室内热环境的影响较大,南北朝向较东西朝向好,可获得冬暖夏凉的效果.民居冬夏的室内相对湿度较高,不利于人体的舒适和健康,平均辐射温度与气温接近,热辐射作用不明显,自然通风较弱.另外,民居大厅在全年的主要使用时段采光充足,而民居卧室的采光不足.与新宅相比,因开敞设计和较差的气密性,民居大厅和卧室的气温波动幅度较大.这在冬夏分别起到不同作用.冬季提高了大厅日间气温,但使得卧室夜间气温偏低,夏季使得大厅日间气温偏高,同时有效降低了卧室夜间气温.桂峰村古建民居可考虑如下改造方案:增加可调节式遮阳设施,提高内隔墙和门窗气密性,适当加大卧室开窗面积以及加设通风窗等.桂峰村民居的山地型聚落空间形态、街巷系统和遮阳设计方法可为现代民居设计提供有益参考.

Abstract :
Ventilation cooling technology (VCT) has been widely used for the notable energy saving, low first costs and conveniences for application in China in recent years. A new control strategy of VCT was provided to guarantee the indoor air temperature and humidity environment and maximize the energy saving. A simulation evaluation method for the energy saving of VCT which can be used for the different types of telecommunication base stations (TBS) under different meteorological conditions was proposed. The relations between each influencing factor and the annual saved energy were analyzed. And the application strategy of VCT was concluded as follows: the higher internal heat and the lower energy efficiency ratio of air conditionings, the more obvious energy savings would be achieved. VCT is not applicable when the internal heat is lower than a certain value and is more applicable in the hotter regions. The high temperature set point of air conditionings should be raised and the fan power should be reduced. The air change rate should be decided with the internal heat. The lowest internal heat of TBS for applying VCT and the highest annual saved energy of VCT for all types of TBSs was also provided. (c) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

从福建客家土楼民居的建筑布局、形式和材料等建筑设计方面入手,分析福建土楼的建筑光环境.选择该地区典型圆形土楼建筑——福建南靖“怀远楼”作为实验数据的采集点,采取实地测试的方法研究单体土楼的光气候环境.研究结果表明:福建圆形土楼整体建筑的被动采光性能与居民的生活习性结合良好,具有良好的生态适应性能;在居民白天活动频繁的区域的太阳直射光和反射光照度充分,利于居民活动;土楼独特的空间形式和建筑材料使得其内部光环境的亮度对比度适中,减少了眩光级的可能性,光环境舒适度高.

分析现有的风机空调联动控制策略的不足之处,提出新控制策略.模拟实际基站构建了实验房,按照新控制策略开发并安装了通风控制系统.对控制系统进行了运行测试,结果表明系统运行稳定可靠,在保证室内设备运行环境的基础上,避免了风机空调用电的浪费,进一步降低了机房环境控制系统的能耗.

通信基站通风冷却技术节能效果显著,运用广泛.本文提出了在不同环境气候条件下,不同类型基站运用该技术的节能效果评价方法.计算分析了不同影响因素,如室内发热量、空调系统设定温度、风机风量、风机功率和空调系统性能等与通风冷却技术全年节电量之间的关系.总结了该技术的运用策略,并给出了各类型基站适合运用该技术的最低室内发热量和运用该技术可获得的最大全年节电量.
