Abstract :
This article focuses on the analysis of the influence of different peak values and static water pressure on the electron density of water discharge plasma. A 2D axisymmetric model of pulsed discharge in water is established using COMSOL finite element software. The numerical values of the electron density of the plasma during the pulsed discharge process in water are obtained by solving the fluid diffusion equations coupled with the Poisson equation for spatial electric fields. Simulation results show that increasing the peak value will increase the electron density of the water discharge plasma. In a discharge environment with a static water pressure of 0.1 MPa, when the applied peak value is 10 kV, the peak electron density is 2.31 × 1023 m-3. As the applied peak value gradually increases to 15 kV, the peak electron density reaches 8.91 × 1023 m-3, and the peak appears earlier. On the other hand, increasing the static water pressure will suppress the discharge process and reduce the peak electron density of the water discharge plasma. In a discharge environment with a static water pressure of 0.5 MPa, when the applied peak value is 10 kV, the peak electron density is only 0.38 × 1023 m-3. It is also observed that the ability of static water pressure to suppress the peak electron density of water discharge plasma is higher at lower peak values and lower at higher peak values. For example, in a discharge environment with an applied peak value of 10 kV and a static water pressure of 0.5 MPa, the reduction in peak electron density is 83.55% compared to the same voltage level discharge environment at 0.1 MPa. However, when the applied peak value is 15 kV and the static water pressure is 0.5 MPa, the reduction in peak electron density is only 56.57% compared to the same voltage level discharge environment at 0.1 MPa. 可靠精确的故障定位技术对MMC-HVDC输电系统的稳定运行至关重要.针对高阻接地故障的定位精度低的问题,提出了一种基于小波包能量熵(wavelet packet energy entropy,WPEE)和深度信念网络(deep belief network,DBN)的输电线路单极接地故障定位方法.通过对不同条件下故障波形中所包含的故障信息进行分析,运用小波包能量熵提取双端故障电压波形中深层故障特征并构造新的特征矩阵.基于新的特征矩阵搭建DBN模型并通过粒子群寻优(par-ticle swarm optimization,PSO)算法对其模型参数进行寻优,最终利用DBN回归机制实现精确的故障定位.利用电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC搭建了±250 kV双端MMC-HVDC系统模型并在线路上进行不同位置、不同过渡电阻的单极接地故障模拟仿真.为了对比测试模型的定位精度性能,与基于支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)的故障定位方法相比较.实验结果表明,该方法在20 kHz的低采样频率下可以精准可靠地定位过渡电阻高达4000Ω以内的直流线路单极接地故障.

Abstract :
To solve the problem of the location of the fault point of single-pole-to-ground faults in the transmission lines of MMC-HVDC systems, this paper designs a fault location system based on support vector machine (SVM). The waveform of the traveling wave after the fault occurs is collected as a feature, and the regression mechanism of the SVM is utilized to achieve fault location. Because it is very difficult to locate high-resistance ground faults, this paper first analyzes the waveform characteristics of high-resistance ground faults. Next, three steps are proposed to reduce the influence of grounding resistance on fault location. These steps include using the active pulse waveform as a new feature, classifying the samples according to ground resistance values before training regression models, and a method for adaptively extracting fault distance features is proposed. Finally, a complete location system design is proposed, and its workflow is illustrated. After the simulation test, the proposed location system only needs to obtain a single-ended fault voltage waveform at a fault recording frequency of 20 kHz to achieve an accurate location of single-pole-to-ground faults for different values of grounding resistance.

Accurate and reliable fault location technology is essential to the stable operation of the modular multilevel converter-high voltage direct current (MMC-HVDC) system. Aiming at the difficulty of locating high-resistance ground faults on MMC-HVDC transmission lines, this paper proposes a method for fault location of transmission lines based on wavelet transform and deep belief network (DBN). First, the wavelet transform is used to decompose the original single pole ground fault voltage waveform, and then the high-frequency and low-frequency components obtained are used as training samples to train different DBN models, the final fault location results are obtained by superimposing the outputs of each model at last. The +/- 250 kV double-ended MMC-HVDC system model is established by using PSCAD/EMTDC, which can simulate the faults of different positions and different transition resistances. In order to verify the fault location performance of the proposed method, it is compared with two machine learning fault location methods. The results show that this method can accurately and reliably locate the single pole-to-ground fault of the transmission line with transition resistance of up to 10 000 omega at low sampling frequency of 20 kHz. This paper investigates the aging properties of oil-paper insulation under thermocorona discharge. The oil-paper insulation samples were heated and kept at 140°C, and a corona discharge was generated with a needle-plate at a frequency of 15 times/day, with each discharge lasting 5 minutes. The aging properties of oil-paper insulation were investigated by measuring the degree of polymerization (DP) of insulation paper samples along with the furfural content and acid value of the transformer oil samples. The results show that corona discharge at 140°C in oil rapidly decreased the insulation paper DP and increased the furfural content and acid value of the oil compared with thermal aging and corona discharge aging at 20°C. The DP of the insulation paper was reduced to 392.12, the furfural content in oil rose to 33.75 mg/L, and the acid value grew to 4.41 mgKOH/g after 15 days under the combined thermal stress and corona discharge. Both electric and thermal stress accelerated the aging of oil-paper insulation. This research has practical significance for understanding the process of insulation failure caused by the accelerated aging of oil-paper insulation. © 2019 IEEE.

本发明涉及一种基于换流站控制的MMC‑HVDC单极接地故障综合行波测距方法,当MMC‑HVDC系统输电线路发生单极接地故障时,故障录波设备记录故障行波,根据行波法计算出故障点距离;从故障发生时刻开始计时,同时设置时延,在该时延内整定脉冲参数;当时延到达时,并且实时投入电平数量满足切除要求,则开始发出一个以上的检测脉冲,并得到一个以上的测距结果;完成次脉冲测距后取所有测距结果的平均值作为最终的测距结果。本发明可实现对于单极接地故障点的连续、可靠、精确定位。

针对电力变压器遭遇短路故障时绕组变形问题,采用一种基于有限元的场路耦合研究方法,通过在有限元软件中建模,利用场路耦合方法获取变压器的短路电流、磁场分布,继而计算出绕组短路时辐向电磁力,然后按照绕组的实际参数进行结构屈曲分析,研究绕组辐向稳定性问题。以一台500 k VA的三相铁芯式配电变压器为例进行分析,结果表明,低压绕组在短路时承受较大的辐向电磁力,当该力超出临界屈曲值时绕组发生形变甚至绝缘层破坏,缩短电力变压器使用寿命。研究方法和结果对变压器绕组变形等相关研究具有一定实际意义。

Abstract :
This article describes how fuzzy support vector machines (FSVMs) function well with good anti-noise performance, which receives the attention of many experts. However, the traditional center-distance fuzzy weight assignment method assigns support vectors with a small value of a membership degree and this weakens the role of support vectors in classification. In this article, a piecewise linear fuzzy weight computing method is proposed, in which boundary samples are assigned with a larger value of membership degree and samples far from the mean vector are assigned a smaller value of membership degree. The proposed method has a good classification performance, because the influence of noise samples is weakened and meanwhile the support vectors are paid much more attention. The experiments on the UCI database and MNIST data set fully verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. © 2018, IGI Global.

本文建立了低维薄膜材料导热模型,运用非平衡分子动力学模拟的方法,利用lanmmps软件对单层石墨烯纳米带的导热特性进行仿真分析,根据Fourier定律计算热导率,再对石墨烯纳米带的原子施加一定耦合应力场,把应力耦合作用下的石墨烯热导率与正常的石墨烯纳米带进行了对比研究,模拟数据结果表明:在石墨烯纳米带上施加耦合应力时,会导致石墨烯纳米带热导率升高,且随应力增加而增大,模拟范围内热导率升高2.61倍,并且应力方向会对热导率变化产生一定影响,这个研究为纳米尺度上石墨烯相关研究和进一步提升热导率提供了新思路.
