Abstract :
采用增重法测得了800℃下00Cr20Ni20与00Cr20Ni20Mo4两种耐热钢在空气中氧化100 h的氧化动力学曲线,并结合SEM、EDS及XRD等方法研究了Mo对00Cr20Ni20耐热钢高温氧化行为的影响.结果表明,氧化前期Mo会加速材料氧化以快速形成有效厚度的氧化膜,随氧化时间延长,00Cr20Ni20Mo4耐热钢逐渐表现出更优异的抗氧化性能.氧化膜分为内外两层,00Cr20Ni20耐热钢的氧化膜产生了平行表面的裂纹,00Cr20Ni20Mo4耐热钢的氧化膜完整且厚度显著薄于前者.两种耐热钢的表面氧化膜均由(Cr,Fe)2 O3和(Cr,Fe)3 O4构成,Mo会使(Cr,Fe)3 O4占比升高.00Cr20Ni20耐热钢表面氧化物为片状,00Cr20Ni20Mo4耐热钢的为球状,且球面上覆盖许多细小片状氧化物.

Abstract :
Different types of antibacterial super duplex stainless steel materials were prepared by adding different contents of Cu to UNS S33207 super duplex stainless steel and undergoing solid solution and antibacterial aging treatment. The optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), coating method, ICP-MS mass spectrometer, electrochemical test and other methods were used to study the effect of Cu content on the organization, antibacterial and corrosion resistance of UNS S33207 material. The results show that the number of precipitated copper-rich phases increases with the increase of Cu content; when the Cu content is less than 2.55%(mass fraction), the copper-rich phases preferentially precipitate in the ferrite and phase boundaries. When the Cu content is further increased, the copper-rich phase will precipitate in the austenite; the size of the copper-rich phase precipitated in the ferrite is tens of nanometers, and the shape is spherical or ellipsoidal with a stable FCC structure, and the matrix is a non-coherent relationship. With the increase of Cu content, the dissolution rate of Cu ions increases, which results in the increase of antibacterial performance of the material, and its antibacterial rate increases with the prolongation of the action time with the bacterial liquid. The the copper-rich phase is a weak point in the passivation film. The more its content, the worse the corrosion resistance of the material. The Cu content should be appropriate to ensure the normal and relevant performance of the material. © 2022 Central South University of Technology. All rights reserved.

采用OM、SEM、硬度测试、摩擦磨损试验等方法研究了QPQ技术中渗氮时间对合金铸铁组织与摩擦性能的影响.结果表明,QPQ处理后,合金铸铁表面形成的渗层物相主要由Fe2-3 N、Fe2 O3和FeO组成.渗层厚度的平方与渗氮时间存在线性关系,在580℃渗氮盐浴条件下,氮元素在合金铸铁中的扩散激活能为70.07 kJ/mol.在90~150 min渗氮时间内,随着渗氮时间延长,渗层的表面硬度值由522 HV0.05降低至441 HV0.05,当渗氮时间延长至180 min,表面硬度值回升至455 HV0.05.与未处理试样相比,QPQ处理的试样具有更小的摩擦因数,并且QPQ处理后试样表面的犁沟显著变浅,表面的金属剥落也得到明显改善,且随着渗氮时间的增加,渗层厚度增加且稳定材料.经180 min渗氮处理的QPQ试样具有最优综合性能,表面硬度值为455 HV0.05,摩擦因数为0.32.

目的优化感应淬火工艺,为提高合金铸铁表面硬度及耐磨性能提供理论依据。方法通过热力学计算和同步热分析法测试分析了合金铸铁相变规律,并对该材料在6 kW和8 kW功率下进行了2~8 s高频表面淬火。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、洛氏硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机,研究了不同感应淬火工艺对合金铸铁显微组织、硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果合金铸铁经感应淬火后,组织为珠光体+马氏体+石墨+磷共晶,随加热时间延长,马氏体含量增多,珠光体与磷共晶逐渐减少,直至6 kW/8 s、8 kW/6 s时消失,但是继续延长时间会产生裂纹。硬化区硬度随加热时间增长而提高,峰值为50HRC,二者的关系可用Logistic曲线描述。硬度...

Abstract :
Organic pollutant, originating from both industry and domestic waste, has been greatly threatening the waters all over the world. Micromotors, integrated with photocatalysis, provide a promising solution to this critical challenge. In this work, by taking advantage of the positive motion of the micromotors and visible light response of photocatalysis, we fabricated BiOI microspheres based micromotors and applied them into organic pollutant removal in water. The motion characterization and dye degradation tests demonstrate that "on-the-fly" water remediation is realized under visible light irradiation. What's more, with the iron oxide nanoparticles embedded, the micromotors are recycled using magnet and reused in organic pollutant degradation. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

The effect of quench polish quench (QPQ) nitriding temperature on the microstructure and wear resistance of SAF2906 duplex stainless steel was investigated. Results showed the surface of the nitrided samples was composed of an oxidized layer, a loose compound layer, a compact compound layer, and a diffusion layer. The oxidized layer was composed of Fe3O4. The main phases of the loose compound layer were CrN, alpha(N), Fe2-3N, and Fe3O4. The compact compound layer was composed of CrN, alpha(N), and Fe2-3N. In the diffusion layer, CrN and expanded austenite (S) were the main phases. The nitrided layer thickness increased from 20 to 41 mu m with an increasing temperature of 570 to 610 degrees C. When the nitriding temperature was above 590 degrees C, the precipitates in the diffusion layer became coarsened, and their morphologies gradually changed from spherical particulate to rod-like and flocculent-like. Tribotests showed the cumulative mass loss of QPQ-treated samples was much lower than that of the substrate. The cumulative mass loss of the samples nitrided at 610 degrees C was higher than that at 570 degrees C during the first 29 h. When the test time was over 29 h, the former was lower than the latter.

Abstract :
The Ag-bearing antibacterial stainless steel has attracted substantial attention in the field of bacterial proliferation prevention. In this study, a Cu-Ag alloy was incorporated into a CD4MCu duplex stainless steel (DSS) to produce a good antibacterial property. The Ag-bearing CD4MCu duplex stainless steel samples were conducted solid solution treatment at various temperatures. The effects of the solid solution temperature on the microstructure, mechanical and corrosion properties, as well as silver ion release characteristics and antibacterial properties were investigated. Results show that apart from the original alpha, gamma phases, Ag-bearing phases were formed in all samples after solid solution at different temperatures. The volume fraction of gamma and Ag-bearing phases decrease with increasing solution temperature. The tensile strength, hardness, elongation, and corrosion resistance first decrease and then increase along with the increase in the solid solution temperature. The heat treatment conducted at 1150 degrees C increases the strength, the hardness, the pitting corrosion resistance, and the antimicrobial capability simultaneously. The antibacterial rates of all the Ag-bearing CD4MCu duplex stainless steel samples after solid solution treatment are above 99%, indicating their good anti-bacterial capabilities.

Polarization curves and mass losses of SAF3207 hyper-duplex stainless steel under various conditions were measured. The damaged surfaces after erosion-corrosion tests were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that an increase in flow velocity could enhance the electrochemical corrosion and consequently decrease the passivation properties of the steel. The erosion-corrosion damage of the samples increased substantially when the flow velocity exceeded the critical value of 4 m.s(-1). The mass loss rate increased as the sand content increased, reaching a maximum at 7wt% sand content, corresponding to the most severe electrochemical corrosion damage. When the sand content was increased further, however, the mass loss rate decreased and then tended stable. The mass loss was divided into incubation, sustained, and stationary periods, with a maximum mass loss rate of 12.97 g.h(-1).m(-2) after an erosion period of 2.5 h. The erosion-corrosion mechanism was investigated in detail.
