面对物流产业的飞速发展与转型升级，该文基于新工科建设背景，针对福州大学物流工程专业硕士人才培养面临的挑战、存在的问题及物流工程专业硕士的学科特点，确立了“新工科、卓越、创新、创业”的物流工程专业硕士人才培养目标，通过多学科交叉融合，探索新的人才培养体系、培养机制、培养路径和实践教学模式，有效推动物流工程专业硕士教育教学内涵式发展。

为推动福建省海洋经济高质量发展，在构建福建海洋经济发展高质量水平评价指标体系的基础上，分别从目标层、准则层和要素层三个方面对海洋经济高质量发展水平进行测度。结果表明，2010—2020年，福建海洋经济发展水平有所提高，但在区域协调、污染治理、旅游发展、城市建设等方面的发展水平仍存在不足。针对这些问题，从融入共建“一带一路”、优化产业结构调整、培育海洋科技发展新高地、实现陆海统筹联动发展等方面提出助力福建海洋经济高质量发展的对策建议。

高校当前的相对贫困治理具有多维性、动态性、长期性等特点,高校可以充分利用大数据,构建"信息采集—初次筛选—二次筛选—动态跟踪"四位一体的精准识别体系,对掌握的信息进行有序整合,采取定性和定量的方法确立认定标准,通过科学的程序对贫困生的贫困情况和程度进行综合评判,以期做到精准识别.在走向共同富裕的进程中,高校相对贫困生的治理无论是在治理思路、治理标准、治理内容还是治理主体上都应当与时俱进.

Public health emergencies occurred frequently, which usually result in the negative Internet public opinion events. In the complex network information ecological environment, multiple public opinion events may be aggregated to generate public opinion resonance due to the topic category, the mutual correlation of the subject involved, and the compound accumulation of specific emotions. In order to reveal the phenomenon and regulations of the public opinion resonance, we firstly analyze the influence factors of the Internet public opinion events in the public health emergencies. Then, based on Langevin's equation, we propose the Internet public opinion stochastic resonance model considering the topic relevance. Furthermore, three exact public health emergencies in China are provided to reveal the regulations of evoked events "revival" caused by original events. We observe that the Langevin stochastic resonance model considering topic relevance can effectively reveal the resonance phenomenon of Internet public opinion caused by public health emergencies. For the original model without considering the topic relevance, the new model is more sensitive. Meanwhile, it is found that the degree of topic relevance between public health emergencies has a significant positive correlation with the intensity of Internet public opinion resonance.

Internet public opinion events at universities in China occurred frequently, creating painful repercussions for reputation and stability of colleges and universities. To better cope with the problem, this paper explores an evolutionary mechanism of the university Internet public opinion events. Firstly, we discuss the interactions and behavior of three key participants: an Internet medium, university students as a whole, and administration. Secondly, we construct a tripartite evolutionary game model consisting of an Internet medium, student group, and university administration and then analyze and obtain the differential dynamic equations and equilibrium points. Subsequently, the evolutionary stable equilibrium is further analyzed. Finally, we employ numerical studies to examine how the tripartite behavior choices affect evolutionary paths and evolutionary equilibrium strategies. Results are derived as follows: under certain conditions, there exists an asymptotically stable equilibrium point for the tripartite evolutionary game. On the one hand, appropriate penalties and rewards should be provided to foster objectives and fair behaviors of the network medium. On the other hand, university students should be educated and guided to deal rationally with negative effects of Internet public opinion events. Moreover, online real-name authentication is an important and necessary measure. Finally, the university administration should release truthful, timely, and comprehensive information of Internet public opinion events to mitigate potential negative impacts.

随着互联网的快速发展与广泛普及,信息传输与发酵打破了传统媒介的时间延迟性、地域局限性和信息单一性等,为人们提供了不同于通过传统媒介获取信息和表达观点的方法,形成了新的社会群体——网络群体.近年来,我国高校网络舆情事件频发,羊群效应导致发生网络群体极化事件的概率大大提升,给高校的和谐稳定造成了极大的负面影响,严重损害了高校的形象.基于系统动力学思想剖析形成网络群体极化事件的影响因素,以"梁莹学术不端"事件为例,采用Vensim软件进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,政府监管、高校应急预案、群体领袖活跃度、网络媒体影响力和主题敏感度等影响因素对高校网络群体极化事件具有重要影响,为高校提升网络群体极化事件回应能力提供了依据和决策参考.

目的/意义 近年来,高校网络舆情共振事件频发,建立一套科学有效的监控、预警和应对机制,对于降低和化解高校网络舆情负效应具有重要的意义.[方法/过程 借鉴双稳随机共振模型构建了多事件网络舆情共振模型,模型采用2019年7月时间段内我国5所高校连续发生的留学生舆情事件簇数据进行仿真,分析了其产生共振的原因并从中获得启示.[结果/结论 高校留学生事件簇之间产生了舆情共振现象,其产生原因主要有高校所处的复杂网络环境、高校应急机制缺乏、高校回应不当和事后未及时整改等,并据此从事前、事中和事后等方面对高校预防和应对高校网络舆情共振现象提出了相应的建议.
