基于传动模型重构的永磁同步直线电机机械参数辨识 CSCD PKU

Abstract :

针对永磁同步直线电机(permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,PMSLM)机械参数辨识中存在模型不准确、辨识参数耦合、辨识精度低等问题,该文提出一种基于传动模型重构的机械参数辨识算法.首先,根据重构模型建立扩张状态观测器得到动子质量和摩擦力、电磁推力、质量辨识初值的耦合信息;其次,为消除这种耦合,提出一种两级式的动子质量解耦辨识策略.再次,根据PMSLM的摩擦特性,构造一种综合考虑速度和加速度影响的摩擦力模型,更精确地描述真实摩擦力.最后,搭建基于机械参数辨识算法的控制系统,通过仿真和实验验证,证明所提辨识算法的有效性.

Abstract :

Aiming at the problems of inaccurate model, coupling of identification parameters, and low identification accuracy in the identification of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) mechanical parameters, a mechanical parameter identification algorithm based on transmission model reconstruction was proposed in this paper. First, an extended state observer was established based on the reconstruction model to obtain the coupling information of the mover mass and friction force, electromagnetic thrust and initial value of mass identification. Secondly, in order to eliminate this coupling, a two-stage mover mass decoupling identification strategy was proposed. Thirdly, according to the friction characteristics of PMSLM, a friction force model that comprehensively considers the effects of velocity and acceleration was constructed to describe the real friction force more accurately. Finally, a control system based on the mechanical parameter identification algorithm was built, and the effectiveness of the identification algorithm proposed in this paper is proved by simulation and experimental verification. ©2024 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng. 1597.

Abstract :

用一台逆变器驱动两台永磁同步电机串联系统,可以通过控制不同平面的电压矢量实现对两台电机的独立解耦控制。该文提出在一台六相逆变器的六相平面和三相平面下同时注入旋转高频电压信号,通过解调静止坐标系下电流响应的负序分量来分别获得两台电机的转子初始位置角。同时为了提高观测精度,利用解调电流响应中正序分量所获得的误差角对解耦获得的转子初始位置角进行补偿。此外,对于六相串联三相永磁同步电机(PMSM)系统,考虑到系统中两台电机的浅磁饱和特性,在极性判断中利用了与传统单台永磁同步电机相反的结果来进行判断。根据该文所设计的旋转高频电压注入法,可以实现两台电机转子初始位置解耦观测。六相PMSM和三相PMSM的估计误差绝对值的平均值分别为3.72°和1.81°。最后,实验验证了所提观测算法的有效性。

Abstract :

To address the problems of traditional model predictive direct torque control strategy, such as low computational efficiency, high voltage jump and poor steady-state characteristics, an improved model predictive direct torque control strategy is proposed. To improve the steady-state characteristics of the motor, 36 virtual voltage vectors are constructed based on the principle of the nearest three vectors. The action time of redundant vectors in the virtual voltage vector is adjusted by combining the principle of no beat. To prevent excessive voltage jump in the output line of the inverter from causing adverse effects on the motor, only voltage vectors with voltage jump not exceeding Udc / 2 are selected as alternative voltage vectors. Meanwhile, the reference voltage vector is predicted by combining the model with the deadbeat principle, and the voltage vector located in the same sector as the reference voltage vector is selected as the final candidate vector set. Compared with traditional control strategies under rated operating conditions, the experimental results show that the improved control strategy reduces the electromagnetic torque, stator flux amplitude error, and current harmonic distortion rate by 37. 42%, 32. 00%, and 44. 52%, respectively. The program execution time is reduced by approximately 11. 52% . © 2023 Science Press. All rights reserved.

Abstract :

针对传统模型预测直接转矩控制策略存在的计算效率低、电压跳变过高、稳态特性较差等问题,提出一种改进模型预测直接转矩控制策略。为提升电动机的稳态特性,基于最近三矢量原则构建36个虚拟电压矢量,并结合无差拍原理调节虚拟电压矢量中冗余矢量的作用时间;为防止逆变器输出线电压跳变过高以对电动机产生不良影响,仅选取电压跳变不超过U_(dc)/2的电压矢量作为备选电压矢量。同时,结合模型通过无差拍原理预测出参考电压矢量,选取与参考电压矢量位于同一扇区的电压矢量作为最终备选矢量集。实验结果证明了在额定工况下改进控制策略较传统控制策略的电磁转矩、定子磁链幅值误差和电流谐波畸变率分别减少了37.42%、32.00%和44.52%,程序执行时间减少了约11.52%。

In reality, through the special winding connection mode, it can be realized that only one set of driving systems controls the series or parallel decoupling and independent operation of multiple multiphase motors. It not only reduces the size of the system, but also saves much cost of designing the drive system. As the number of motors increases, the number of encoders used to detect rotor position angle and speed increases, and the cost increases. Therefore, sensorless control technology has become the main research direction in the field of motor control for pursuing low cost and high control accuracy. For permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), especially six-phase series three-phase double motor systems, accurate decoupling observation of initial rotor position is the first step to realizing sensorless control of dual motors and the key to ensuring a smooth start. Therefore, this paper proposes a method of rotating high-frequency voltage injection to realize the decoupling observation of the initial rotor position of a six-phase series three-phase PMSM system. Firstly, rotating high-frequency voltages are injected simultaneously in the six-phase and three-phase planes, and the preliminary rotor position angles of the two motors are obtained by demodulating the negative sequence components of their current responses. Secondly, to improve the estimation accuracy, the error angle contained in the positive sequence component of the current response is extracted and used to compensate for the rotor position angle. In addition, the two motors are designed as shallow magnetic saturated PMSM to prevent the over-current caused by magnetic circuit saturation. When the pulse voltage of equal amplitude and width is applied to the positive and negative sides of d-axis, the current response amplitude of the d-axis forward is smaller than that of the reverse. Consequently, the polarity of the magnetic poles of the two motors is judged. As a result, the decoupled observation of the two motors’ rotor initial position is completed. An experimental study was carried out on a set of six-phase series three-phase PMSM systems. In the experiment, 18 positions of the two motors were randomly selected for estimation. Without compensation, the experimental results show that the average of the absolute value of the estimation error of the six-phase PMSM is 10.89°, and that of the three-phase PMSM is 5.59°. After compensation, the value of the six-phase PMSM is 3.72°, and that of the three-phase PMSM is 1.81°. It shows that the compensation method can improve observation accuracy. The rotor polarity judgment of the two motors at 0° and 180° is also studied. The results show that for shallow magnetic saturation PMSM, the phenomenon that the amplitude of the d-axis forward current response is smaller than that of reverse can be used to complete the rotor polarity judgment. It is consistent with the current-time curve fitted by the finite element simulation. The following conclusions can be drawn: (1) The error angle obtained from the positive sequence component in the current response is used to compensate for the rotor position angle obtained from the negative sequence component, which improves the estimation accuracy. (2) Based on the shallow magnetic saturation characteristic, the rotor polarity of the two motors is judged by the phenomenon that the current response amplitude of the d-axis forward is smaller than that of the reverse. (3) Experimental results show that the estimated position angle can be used to start two motors simultaneously with load, and the process is stable. © 2023 Chinese Machine Press. The existing model predictive torque control (MPTC) for six-phase and three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) series-connected system has some problems, such as heavy calculation burden and poor effect of zero-sequence current suppression. To solve these problems, a MPTC with predictive switching table was proposed in this paper. In order to improve the calculation efficiency of the core processor, a predictive switching table is constructed based on the basic principle of direct torque control. Only several basic voltage vectors are preselected to participate in the control of two PMSMs, reducing the alternative voltage vectors. In order to effectively suppress the zero-sequence current, a zero-sequence current suppression strategy was proposed. All the preselected basic voltage vectors were synthesized into virtual voltage vectors with zero-sequence voltage equal to given value, so that the optimal virtual voltage vector selected by the predictive algorithm could meet the control requirements of the system for zero-sequence current. Experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed control strategy. ©2022 Chin.Soc.for Elec.Eng.
