Abstract :
在工业现场自主巡检中,由于定位误差和光线角度等因素的影响,使得四足机器人仅依靠机器视觉难以实现高精度的仪表数字识别。针对上述问题,提出一种结合移动机器人运动的工业仪表数字识别方法。该方法首先基于图像感知的四足机器人控制策略实现仪表对准,来获取大小适中的仪表图片,进而使用改进自动色彩均衡(ACE)算法提高图片清晰度,并使用改进高效准确的场景文本(EAST)检测器来优化仪表数字漏检情况,最后获得仪表数字识别结果。在基于四足机器人的工业巡检实验平台中验证了该识别方法,实验结果表明上述方法对工业仪表数字识别准确率达97.75%。

Abstract :
High cost of environmental interaction and low data efficiency limit the development of reinforcement learning in robotic grasping. This paper proposes an end-to-end robotic grasping method based on offline reinforcement learning via sequence modeling. It considers the most recent n-step history to assist the agent in making decisions, where a predictive model learns to directly predict actions from raw image inputs. The experimental results show that our method can achieve higher grasping success rate with less training data than traditional reinforcement learning algorithms in offline setting. © 2023 IEEE.

Abstract :
Aiming at the problem that the traffic flow has an low prediction accuracy due to varying randomness and high nonlinearity, an improved TSK fuzzy neural network prediction model by singular spectrum analysis is proposed.First, the original traffic flow time series can be decomposed into several subseries by singular spectrum analysis (SSA). Then, the Takagi-Sugeno-Kang (TSK) fuzzy system was trained using simulated annealing genetic algorithm (SAGA) and minibatch gradient descent method (MBGD) combined with three techniques (RDA) of regularization, DropRule and AdaBound.The prediction model of TSK fuzzy neural network is established to predict each subseries independently, and the forecasted traffic flow is obtained by superimposing the prediction results of each subseries. Finally, the traffic flow dataset of expressway tunnels in a city is used to verify the effectiveness of the model. Experimental results can show high traffic flow prediction accuracy of the model, and the model can accurately predict multiple different highway tunnels. © 2023 IEEE.

Abstract :
Energy consumption is an important part of highway tunnel operation. In this paper, we propose a method to evaluate the potential of energy-saving based on the data collected by vehicle detector and electricity meter deployed in the tunnel. Two energy saving strategies are also proposed based on fuzzy control: strategy 1 based on traffic flow and speed, and strategy 2 based on traffic flow and the rate of traffic change. Tunnel electricity simulation using strategy 1 and strategy 2 to evaluate the energy-saving potential for 6 tunnels. The experimental results show that energy-saving potential has significant difference among different tunnels, and it proves that it is important to evaluate the energy-saving potential before the energy-saving system is deployed. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Abstract :
The vehicle scheduling in the logistics system of the steel park is a critical factor determining the scheduling efficiency and logistics throughput. The limited space resources at the entrance of the steel park make vehicles shall be arranged in reasonable batches to guarantee the scheduling consistency. To achieve the purpose, the paper first formulates the model of vehicle batching. Then, the algorithm CCVB (constrained clustering of vehicle batching) is proposed to solve the problem from a clustering perspective. Comparative experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed mechanism can sufficiently improve the scheduling efficiency of steel logistics under limited time and space resources. © 2022 IEEE.

本实用新型涉及一种新型数字PID的电路。包括第一与非门、第二与非门、数模转换器、第一RS触发器、第二RS触发器、第一运放、第一至第四电阻、第一变阻、PID电路。本实用新型利用数模转换器将数字电路产生的偏差转化为模拟信号,在出现偏差值超过数字量所能表示的上下限时,通过RS触发器产生正偏差上限偏置电压或负偏差下限偏置电压,与数模转换器输出的模拟信号按照各自的权重一起作为PID电路输入,改善PID电路的快速性。

本发明涉及一种考虑迟到的物流园进场车辆动态调度方法。面对预约机制下的物流园进场车辆排队序列,考虑车辆未按预约时间到达现场进行作业的情况时,建立考虑迟到的物流园进场车辆动态调度数学优化模型,最小化物流园的运营成本的同时最大化物流系统的稳定性,并采用启发式算法进行求解,根据求解结果发布并执行新的作业计划,使得物流园作业系统高效有序的进行作业。

A real-time mouse cursor control system using static gestures was designed to achieve the goal of human-computer interaction (HCI) in this paper. The system uses the computer's own camera or external USB camera to collect video data, detect and recognize gestures of people in the video, and control the cursor movement or click in real time based on the gesture. To improve the recognition accuracy of hand gesture images detection, a method of hand gesture images detection based on PHOG + Improved LBP + K-NN was proposed in this paper. In order to improve the real-time performance of the system, the system determines whether the current frame has human hands by skin color detection. When human hands are detected, Pyramid Histogram of Oriented Gradients (PHOG) features and the improved Local Binary Pattern (LBP) features are further extracted. After fusing PHOG features and improved LBP features, k-nearest neighbor classification (K-NN) is used to implement gesture recognition. Six different gestures were tested 50 times with different angles, different lights and no skin tone in the background. The experimental results show that the system has good recognition performance. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
