Multi-agent collaborative model of e-waste recycling SCIE

Abstract :

E-waste production is exploding as a result of rising demand for electronics and a faster rate of replacement. A crucial, yet unresolved issue is how to encourage cooperation among primary agents in the recycling of e-waste. To examine a multi-agent collaborative model of e-waste recycling among local governments, producers, and consumers, this research employs the techniques of evolutionary games and system dynamics. Evolutionary games are used to analyze the strategy choice results, while system dynamics are adopted to depict the decisionmaking processes. Overall, we find that rewards and penalties affect the stability and efficiency of the collaborative model of e-waste recycling and that the greater the correlation between the rewards-and-penalties mechanism and the strategies, the more stable the model is. Specifically, the results show that: (1) static rewards-and-penalties mechanism is likely to breed mutants and thus is not conducive to stable cooperation; (2) dynamic rewards-and-penalties mechanism can inhibit the instability of e-waste recycling model, but only 60% of producers are willing to build an e-waste recycling system; (3) dynamic rewards-and-penalties optimizing mechanism can ensure that producers and consumers wholeheartedly work for e-waste recycling consistently without local governments regulation; (4) according to the sensitivity analysis, increasing the amount of rewards and penalties can facilitate faster evolution of collaboration in the e-waste recycling system. Finally, this study makes implications for promoting efficiency and stability in e-waste recycling among local governments, producers, and consumers.

Abstract :

针对“城市矿产”资源化利用产业链闭环形成,建立“城市矿产”产业链闭环多主体利益协同超网络模型,设定经济参数,分析参与主体行为及均衡条件,探究系统均衡实现条件,运用算例仿真,研究关键因素变化对闭环系统影响。研究发现:(1)回收资源利用率的提高能增加生产企业和销售企业的收益,通过资源增加比例的对比,进一步发现其还能提升生产企业购买“城市矿产”资源的意愿;(2)消费端产品回收率的提升不一定能促进收益增加,在一定程度上会受制于技术能力等制约因素的阻碍;(3)政府采取补贴政策时应优先考虑回收企业主体;(4)要慎重考虑“城市矿产”资源数量规制措施的选择,把握好规制的度。

Abstract :

Clarifying the provincial spatial correlation network of municipal solid waste (MSW) carbon emissions and its influencing factors is significant for reducing MSW carbon emissions and for ensuring cross-regional coordinated emission reduction. This study used a modified gravity model and social network analysis to explore the structural characteristics of the spatial correlation network of MSW carbon emissions. The quadratic assignment procedure was then used to examine the influencing factors. The results are as follows: (1) From 2005 to 2020, the MSW carbon emissions spatial correlation network showed an intuitive and complex network structure. The tightness of the network increased with fluctuations but still needs improvement, while the network structure exhibited good accessibility and stability. (2) The spatial network exhibited a significant "core-edge" distribution, with Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Fujian being at the center of the spatial correlation network and playing leading roles. (3) The spatial correlation network of MSW carbon emissions was divided into four parts, with the four parts having few internal connections but with the relationships between them being close. (4) Geographical adjacency, economic development level, science and technology level, and MSW treatment structure significantly influenced spatial correlations, while the urbanization level and degree of government intervention had no significant influence on spatial correlations.

Abstract :

基于 2020 年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,文章实证分析了数字经济对就业质量的影响.结果表明,数字经济发展显著提升了劳动力就业质量,其贡献度超过传统经济.异质性分析发现,数字经济发展对中低学历劳动者就业质量的提升作用更大且更显著;对农村劳动力就业质量的促进作用强于城镇劳动力,有助于城乡融合发展.研究还发现数字经济显著提高了劳动力的薪资待遇、社会保障和权益保障水平,降低了工作强度,并扩大了不同学历劳动者之间的薪资待遇差异,缩小了社会保障与权益保障差异.因此,应充分发挥数字经济的积极作用,推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合,促进高质量就业.

Abstract :

“城市矿产”循环系统的高效运行对“无废城市”建设以及实现碳达峰碳中和目标至关重要。为了系统分析“城市矿产”循环系统运行水平的影响因素,根据“城市矿产”循环系统的特有属性将其划分为物流系统、信息流系统和价值流系统。通过文献识别法确定影响“城市矿产”循环系统运行水平的15个关键因素,并利用DEMATEL-AISM-MICMAC集成法进行交叉验证,分析各影响因素之间的关系。该集成法不仅可以定量揭示不同影响因素的综合作用程度,区分因素之间的原因度和中心度,而且可以系统分析不同子系统之间的层次结构和整体作用关系,直观呈现多级递接结构和作用路径。研究发现:经济效益对“城市矿产”循环系统运行水平的影响最为显著,其敏感性也较强。而回收专业知识是影响“城市矿产”循环系统运行水平的根源性因素,由此进一步凸显回收利用主体知识素养的重要性。研究为提高“城市矿产”循环系统的运行水平提供科学依据,同时深化和丰富循环经济的理论研究。

城市矿产资源化共生网络价值共创是多元节点在多核机制的协调下,基于共同价值主张,为实现网络节点间的互惠共赢而产生的一种复杂适应行为;而系统梳理驱动城市矿产资源化共生网络价值共创的关键影响要素及其作用路径,是提升共生网络价值绩效、实现废弃资源最大程度开发利用的首要前提。立足于共生理论与价值共创理论的耦合性,基于共生网络的子系统提炼出24项指标体系,通过专家问卷调查以获取初始数据,设计出模糊(Fuzzy)-决策试验与评价实验室分析法(DEMATEL)-网络层次分析法(ANP)-模糊认知图(FCM)集成模型对因素间相互作用关系以及对系统的贡献度进行全面分析和数据仿真,从而识别出核心影响因素并量化其作用机制,以期为政府部门制定有关政策以及相关企业经营决策提供理论参考。结果显示:现有共生关系示范带动、信息共享平台建设、共生关系持久度、利益相关者协同程度是实现价值共创的核心因素;现有共生关系示范带动对系统贡献度最大,提升共生关系持久度的政策扩散效应最强;此外,共生双方优势互补程度、行业竞争强度以及共生额外效益等因素对于实现价值共创发挥着中介作用。

基于熵权TOPSIS法测度2004~2021年中国“无废城市”发展水平,采用社会网络分析法和空间杜宾模型探究“无废城市”发展水平的空间关联网络结构与影响机制.结果表明:(1)“无废城市”发展水平在全国、东部和中部总体呈下降趋势,在西部总体呈上升趋势;(2)“无废城市”发展水平的空间关联呈现核心-边缘结构,网络密度总体呈上升趋势,网络整体趋于稳定状态;(3)北京、上海、江苏、浙江、福建和广东处于网络的中心和主导位置;(4)北京、天津、上海和江苏属于“净受益”板块,浙江、福建和广东属于“经纪人”板块,其余省份属于“净溢出”板块;(5)城镇化水平、经济发展水平、技术创新水平、外商投资水平、环境规制、政府干预和人口规模分别对本地或邻近省份“无废城市”发展水平产生显著影响.研究结果可为各地区“无废城市”建设与协同发展政策的提出提供借鉴.

数字技术与固体废物管理融合发展,对我国“无废城市”建设工作开展具有重要意义。论文以系统论和自组织理论为基础,构建数字技术—“无废城市”建设复合系统,通过哈肯模型考查数字技术应用与“无废城市”建设协同演化机制,并以此为基础讨论区域协同差异。结果表明:“无废城市”建设是控制复合系统演化进程的关键因素;数字技术与“无废城市”建设之间存在相互促进的协同效应,但两者均阻碍复合系统向更高级的结构演化;在2012—2019年样本期间,我国数字技术—“无废城市”建设复合系统协同水平有所改善,但区域协同差异不断扩大并呈现东高西低的空间格局。

Did China's energy consumption permit trading scheme improve green economic efficiency? Prefecture-level evidence from China SCIE

Abstract :

Improving green economic efficiency is necessary for China to address resource shortages and achieve sustainable development. Recent research has focused on the impact of the Energy Consumption Permit Trading Scheme (ECPTS) on environmental pollution. However, there has been little research on how the ECPTS affects green economic efficiency. Based on panel data from 282 cities in China from 2004 to 2020, this study employed the super-efficiency SBM model to measure the green economic efficiency of these cities and the DID model to empirically test the impact, heterogeneity, and mechanisms of the ECPTS on green economic efficiency. The results indicate that the ECPTS significantly improves urban green economic efficiency in China. This conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the ECPTS significantly enhances green economic efficiency in central, non-first-tier, and resource-based cities. Further mechanism analysis indicates that the promotion of energy efficiency during the sample period is the primary driver of the improvement in urban green economic efficiency. Finally, the research results provide a reference for policy-makers to support the implementation of the ECPTS and enhance urban green economic efficiency.
