Abstract:

The design of urban sewage treatment plant lacks a cost-effective verification method, In order to reduce its verification cost, this paper proposed a simulation system of urban sewage treatment plants based on the industrial Internet platform. The physical models for equipment, hydrodynamics, and PLC control within the sewage treatment plant has been constructed by leveraging the capabilities of the industrial Internet platform. All parameters in the simulation system can be customized to simulate various equipment parameters or control algorithms. This system enables the validation of equipment design schemes for urban sewage treatment plants, reduces the development period for control algorithms, and reduces testing costs.
