Abstract:
As a kind of DC-DC converter, LLC resonant converter can realize soft switching in the full load range, which makes it widely used in high frequency cases. Although the LLC resonant converter is relatively capable of operating over a wide voltage range, a wide voltage range means that it operates over a wide frequency range. In this paper, a reconfigurable split resonator LLC resonant converter is adopted to work in HGM, TDM and LGM modes make it achieve a quadruplex voltage gain. Due to the excessive frequency jump in the switching process of the three modes, the resonator peak current is too large and the output is unstable, a PWM transition control based on switching buffer is designed in this paper. Through simulation, a model of input voltage 80-500 V and output voltage 24 V is established to verify the feasibility of the scheme. © 2024 IEEE.
