Research on the Disequilibrium of Logistics Supply and Demand of China's Air Cargo Hubs under the Dual-Circulation Pattern
Translated Abstract
As the key node of unimpeded economic dual-circulation,the balanced development between logistics supply and demand of air cargo hub is the premise and foundation of construct-ing the new development pattern of dual-circulation.Air cargo hubs were identified based on the connectivity level of network nodes, and the disequilibrium model of air logistics supply and demand was constructed by means of disequilibrium theory to study the disequilibrium of logis-tics supply and demand of domestic and international air cargo hubs in China during 2010-2019.The results show that there were 38 domestic air cargo hubs, including Beijing Capital,Shanghai Pudong,Guangzhou Baiyun,Shenzhen Bao'an,Zhengzhou Xinzheng,Xi'an Xianyang and so on,among which Beijing Capital,Shanghai Pudong,Guangzhou Baiyun and Shenzhen Bao'an were also international air cargo hubs of China.During the sample period, about half of the domestic air cargo hubs showed insufficient logistics supply each year,a small number of air cargo hubs tended to be in a relatively balanced state, and the rest showed oversupply. The logistics sup-ply shortage is serious in Shanghai Pudong,Shijiazhuang Zhengding,Yantai Penglai,Kunming Changshui,Tianjin Binhai,Fuzhou Changle,Xi'an Xianyang and other hubs;and the oversupply is serious in Shenzhen Bao'an,Guiyang Longdongbao,Yinchuan Hedong,Hohhot White Tower and other hubs.Comparatively speaking, the shortage of supply of international air logistics was more serious. In recent years, there has been a slight easing trend, but not a fundamental rever-sal.Finally,the study puts forward several suggestions for the balanced development of logistics supply and demand of air cargo hubs in China.
