Abstract：
构建包含产品创新组织量化设计的4个阶段质量屋(The House of Quality)的QFD-OED集成分析模型,并以海尔小微的量化设计为例,对组织创新职能转换到组织结构属性参数水平的定量匹配性组合关系进行数值模拟,验证了该模型的可操作性,最后提出使用该模型进行定量化产品创新组织设计时需遵循的技术规则.
