Abstract:

In order to apply bionics and innovation methods to product innovation design in distributed resource environment, a method of product bionic innovative design based on EQA (Extractive question answering) and AD (Axiomatic design) is proposed. Firstly, the biological text and engineering design information database by text mining are constructed to realize the processing and storage of biological and engineering data. Secondly, to match the appropriate biological parameters from the perspective of design function, an EQA-based question and answering system is constructed as well as a biological parameter acquisition method was proposed. Then, based on the product bionic innovative design process integrated with EQA and AD, the transformation from user requirements to design schemes is realized and the feasible product design schemes are obtained. Finally, the corresponding bionic design assisted software system is developed to assist the designer to carry out innovative product design, and the design of ultraviolet disinfection vehicle is taken as an example to further demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed product bionic innovative design method. © 2024 Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.
