Abstract:
本发明涉及一种低成本、低损耗和温度超稳定型介质材料及制备方法,包括:1)将BaTiO3粉体与Y2O3粉体混合、球磨、烘干、预烧,得到陶瓷粉体;2)在陶瓷粉体中加入MgO和CaSiO3,球磨后经烘干、造粒、成型、排胶、烧结,得到温度超稳定型介质材料。该介质材料在‑55℃~125℃范围内均满足了容温变化率≤±3.3%,满足X7D型温度稳定特性,其中最优实例可满足容温变化率≤±1.97%,满足X7C型温度稳定特性,成功制备出温度超稳定型介质材料;介电常数高,室温下介电常数>1210;介电损耗极低,室温下介电损耗≤0.71%;体系不含铅,改性剂成本低、掺杂成分少、工艺流程简单,可进行大规模生产应用。
