Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于聚合物气凝胶的多功能高孔隙高热导碳气凝胶及其制备方法,其设计了一种事先设计的聚氨酯‑聚乙烯醇空间结构网络,进而转化为聚合物气凝胶,通过在气凝胶结构中嵌入改性二氧化硅模板并在碳化后进行除硅处理获得了可调的接触角,使气凝胶表面可在超亲水到高疏水亲油之间转换。空间网络结构转化成的优秀3D碳网络结构为气凝胶带来了极佳的导热性能,可达到0.4 W/(m·K)。优秀的性能及可操控性使本发明的气凝胶在导热、催化、吸油、吸水、储能、电磁屏蔽等领域获得可能的应用空间。
