Abstract:

一种大型海上平台系泊缆间拉力协调组件及使用方法,包括至少两个彼此连通的自协调组件;自协调组件包括筒型构件、活动构件,筒型构件固定安装在海上平台上或者与海上平台端的系泊缆相连;活动构件包括设置在筒型构件内的主轴、活塞,活塞固定安装在主轴上,主轴下端贯穿筒型构件下端,主轴下端与海底端的系泊缆相连接,活塞周侧与筒型构件内壁密封,活塞下表面、主轴外周与筒型构件内壁之间围成压力腔,压力腔内填充承压流体,筒型构件下部设有连通压力腔的流体通道,各个自协调组件的筒型构件上的流体通道经高压管相连通,本协调构件能够自动协调不同系泊缆之间的拉力,当某一根受力过大时,自动将力分配给其他系泊缆。
