Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于铜纳米簇和氧化反应的特异性亚硝酸盐荧光检测方法,属于纳米材料制备及亚硝酸盐检测技术领域。首先以谷胱甘肽为稳定剂、抗坏血酸为还原剂一锅法制得铜纳米簇,并基于氧化还原反应构建用于检测亚硝酸盐的荧光传感器。在酸性条件下,NO2−的存在能使Fe2+很容易被氧化为Fe3+,通过将Fe2+/Fe3+氧化还原过程与Fe3+对Cu NCs的荧光猝灭相结合,可以很容易地实现NO2‑的量化分析。本发明能提高亚硝酸盐检测的灵敏度和准确性,且该传感器具有较好的特异性。
