Abstract：
A horizontally polarized omnidirectional antenna is proposed. The antenna comprises four curved dipoles printed on both sides of a dielectric substrate. Some parasitic elements are loaded for improving the variation in horizontal polarization gain and impedance matching. A III-type balun and two choke sleeves are employed to balance the outer currents of the coaxial line. The dimension of the proposed antenna is 44.5mm×44.5mm×1mm. The measured results show that the antenna has a S11 © 2023 IEEE.
