The supply of digital economy system in Fujian Province is mainly based on laws and pol-icies,and can be distinguished into basic system supply and complementary system supply.At pres-ent,there are problems in the supply of digital economy system in Fujian Province,such as the lack of local digital economy promotion legislation,the lagging supply of basic digital economy policies,the lack of standardization of digital economy governance policies,and the lack of attractiveness of digital economy talent policies.Fujian Province needs to establish a strategy of＂one center and three major di-rections＂to improve the digital economy system supply,i.e.to enact the＂Fujian Province Digital E-conomy Promotion Regulations＂,and to make up for the shortcomings in the system supply in three major areas:digital economy infrastructure,digital economy governance system,and digital economy human resources.
