Abstract:
阅读推广团队是实现阅读推广目标的主体和保障.为解决传统高校图书馆的阅读推广服务目前存在目标不一致、团队分工不明确、协调效果差的问题,文章分"头雁、领雁、雏雁"三层架构建立一种阅读推广团队的协作机制,保障图书馆阅读推广服务目标一致,提高图书馆阅读推广团队的协同效应,提升图书馆阅读推广质量.
