Abstract：
提供了一种在鱼胚胎中精确剪切位点特异性RNA的技术， 采用CaSrx介导的RNA编辑技术，只需提供CaSrx mRNA和特异性靶向引导RNA，即可实现对鱼胚胎中位点特异性RNA的精确敲除，具有高效，特异性强，方便，成本低等诸多优点。 本发明克服了现有siRNA技术效率低，吗啉代介导的基因敲除技术成本高，效果不理想的问题。
