提供了一种在鱼胚胎中精确剪切位点特异性RNA的技术, 采用CaSrx介导的RNA编辑技术,只需提供CaSrx mRNA和特异性靶向引导RNA,即可实现对鱼胚胎中位点特异性RNA的精确敲除,具有高效,特异性强,方便,成本低等诸多优点。 本发明克服了现有siRNA技术效率低,吗啉代介导的基因敲除技术成本高,效果不理想的问题。
