研究生导师队伍建设是高等教育发展的重要环节。针对目前导师队伍建设的现状和存在的若干问题,提出新时期研究生导师培养模式和研究生导师队伍建设的思路,强调引入竞争机制、优化导师竞争环境,促进研究生教育的可持续发展。
