Abstract：
研究发酵液中R-扁桃酸的离子交换分离工艺。采用711-OH型阴离子交换树脂从发酵液中分离R-扁桃酸时,最适动态吸附条件为上柱液pH值6.0~7.0、R-扁桃酸浓度70~80 mmol/L、苯乙酮酸浓度8~10 mmol/L和流速0.5 Bv/h,最适动态解吸条件为2%HCl为解吸液、解吸流速1.5 Bv/h。采用本工艺,发酵液中R-扁桃酸的总提取率为90.3%。
