Abstract：
目的:了解提高W/O/W复合型乳剂稳定性的各种手段和方法。方法:查阅近几年国内外有关文献资料进行分析综述。结果:乳化剂、油相、制备工艺、内水相、稳定剂均是影响复乳稳定性的因素。结论:国内外学者采取了各种相应的稳定措施,以为复乳的应用开辟一个更广阔的空间。
