Abstract：
新加坡政府把电子政府建设作为提高政府服务能力的重要手段,并且取得了十分显著的效果,其经验为我国电子政府建设,特别是城市政府的电子政府建设提供了可资借鉴的范本。本文结合新加坡电子政府建设的实际情况对其电子政府建设的理念、主体和关键进行了分析和探讨。
