Abstract：
我国当前有关商业秘密的法律制度还存在着诸多不完善的地方。因此,适应加入WTO后与国际接轨之需要,我国有必要完善商业秘密保护的法律制度,以保障商业秘密权利人的利益,维护良性的市场秩序。
