目前中国公众投资者对网上报告的利用程度并不高;公司网上披露的可靠性和及时性仍存在严重问题;网上报告的披露标准和公司网上披露的责任亟待规范;应该鼓励公司在网站上披露前瞻性信息;目前“书面报告与网上报告并存”的披露模式被认为更符合我国实际。
