Abstract：
本文论述了采用低场核磁共振成像技术(magneticresonanceimaging,MRI)中的spin3D成像序列,采用不同Tau值对奶酪和面包样品进行成像实验。应用Matlab软件编程对图像进行数据处理,并对T2分布进行重建,最后得到T2分布状态图像。为核磁共振技术在食品中的应用打下良好的基础。
