Abstract:
用模糊综合评价法,从思想品德、能力素质、知识素质3个角度作为一级指标对员工进行考评,再根据现在组织对知识型人力资源的要求从每个一级指标细分出若干个二级指标来对知识型员工的绩效给予评估,最后用一个实际例子来对此方法给予说明。
