Abstract:
采用三点弯曲疲劳对比实验法研究Ni-P-金刚石化学复合镀对40Cr钢疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:与40Cr基底式样相比,Ni-P镀件及Ni-P-金刚石化学复合镀镀件疲劳寿命降低近50%,经晶化处理后镀件疲劳寿命降低达70%,Ni-P镀件与Ni-P-金刚石镀件的疲劳寿命相当;分析结果表明,镀态时疲劳寿命的降低主要是由于基底的脆化造成,疲劳裂纹是在基底的外表面萌生的;而晶化处理后的镀件主要是由于脆性镀层开裂并切入基底引起的,其疲劳裂纹是在镀件外表面萌生的。
