Abstract：
文章从对国家干预原则历史背景阐述入手,论证了环境法的国家干预原则与经济法的国家干预的诸多不同,并深入分析了国家干预原则作为环境法的一项基本原则存在的必然性以及在我国现行的环境法中贯彻实施的可行性,这种必然性无论是内容上还是形式上都是毋庸质疑的。
