Abstract:
为提高短行程复材压机综合性能,降低制造成本,对机架结构进行有限元分析,结合参数化建模技术,通过试验设计和径向基神经网络法构建以刚度和总质量为响应的多目标优化模型,使用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行优化求解,优化结果表明:上梁刚度提升10.2%,下梁刚度提升17.4%,机架总质量减小3.4%。
