唐建平为纪念孔子诞辰2545周年而创作的琵琶和民族管弦乐队大型协奏曲《春秋》于1994年9月完成。该曲以＂春秋＂为题,思想深刻、结构庞大,不仅＂融贯中西＂＂勾连古今＂,还具有创作方面的五个鲜明特征。
